The Influence Of External Application Of Chinese Medicine Combined With Ultrasonic Atomization To Bronchial Pneumonia In Children

Objective:Bronchial pneumonia in children is the most common pediatric diseases, this research under the premise of routine treatment and nursing in our hospital, in view of children with bronchopneumonia, adopt the method of controlled clinical studies, relatively pure Chinese medicine external treatment nursing intervention, the pure ultrasonic atomization nursing intervention and traditional Chinese medicine external treatment in combination with ultrasonic atomization, the effect of nursing intervention on children with bronchopneumonia, explore and effective for children with bronchopneumonia science within the disease outside the nursing intervention program.Method:This study belongs to quasi-experimental study, adopting the convenience sampling research method. From March2013to November2013, selecting the120cases of children with bronchial pneumonia in our hospitalized as the study objects. According to the randomized principle,120children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and experimental groupⅠ、experimental groupⅡand experimental groupⅢ,30children in each group. The control group were treated with conventional treatment and nursing care. In the basis, apply ultrasonic atomization nursing intervention to experimental groupⅠ,apply external application of Chinese Medicine nursing intervention to experimental groupⅡ, external application of Chinese Medicine nursing intervention combined with ultrasonic atomization nursing intervention are given to experimental groupⅢ. Choose general data questionnaire, infantile bronchial pneumonia in children with symptoms and signs scale and the clinical curative effect of standard as evaluation tool. All the data entry SPSS17.0software for statistical analysis, statistical description using the mean, standard deviation, percentage statistical inference selects the X" test, analysis of variance and t test. Results:1Before the test, for the four groups of children with bronchial pneumonia, the general information and the score of main symptoms and signs had no significant difference (P<0.05)2After the test, the score of main symptoms and signs in four groups were lower than the score before the test, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3After the test, each score of main symptoms and signs between experimental group I and experimental group II had no significant difference (P<0.05).4After the test, each score of main symptoms and signs between the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group I and experimental group II, experimental group I and experimental group III had significant difference (P<0.05).5Clinical effect of test groupⅢ> group Ⅱ> group Ⅰ> control group.Conclusion:1Under the premise of routine treatment and nursing in hospital, Chinese medicine external treatment nursing intervention, ultrasonic atomization nursing intervention used alone or combined use of children with bronchopneumonia have certain curative effect.2Chinese medicine external treatment nursing intervention or ultrasonic atomization nursing intervention used alone, there was no significant difference in children with bronchial pneumonia, but Chinese medicine external treatment of children with nursing intervention group total effective rate is higher than that of ultrasonic atomization nursing intervention group.3Traditional Chinese medicine external treatment nursing intervention, ultrasonic atomization nursing intervention combined use of curative effect is more significant than the two separate applications.
