| Objective:Through clinical observation,study on the clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with exsanguination therapy in comparison with famciclovir and mecobalamin tablets in the treatment of liver stagnation and heat type herpes zoster,and to analyze its therapeutic effect.Method:Strictly in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 cases of patients with liver stagnation and heat type herpes zoster admitted to the outpatient department of the acupuncture and dermatology department of The Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each by random number grouping.Treatment group: fire acupuncture combined with exsanguination therapy was used for treatment,once a day for the first 3 days and once every other day after 3 days,a total of 5 treatment(if the skin lesion has formed scab within 5 treatment,the callus site is no longer treated with fire acupuncture,the pain site continues to puncture collatar-puncture bloodletting treatment).Control group: patients were treated with fanciclovir and mecobalamin three times a day for 7 days.Patients were recorded on the day of treatment before operation and one day after treatment with symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine total Score,Visual Analogue Score(VAS),Serum immunoglobulin G(IgG).During the treatment period,according to the changes of the patient's condition,the indicators such as the time to stop the blister and the time to scab were recorded and the efficacy was evaluated.SPSS18.0 statistical software was used to analyze all data.The test standard was ?=0.05,and P<0.05 was considered statistically difference.Result:1.In terms of total score of TCM symptoms and signs: after treatment,total score of TCM symptoms and signs in the treatment group and the control group decreased compared with that before treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).After treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the total score of TCM symptoms and signs,with statistical difference(P<0.05).2.In terms of VAS score: the VAS score of the treatment group and the control group decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).After treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing VAS score,with statistical difference(P<0.05).3.In terms of serum IgG: the serum IgG of the treatment group and the control group increased after treatment compared with before treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).After treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in the increase of serum IgG,with statistical difference(P<0.05).4.In terms of stop the blister time and scab formation time: after treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in promoting the efficacy of stop the blister and scab formation,with statistical differences(P<0.05).5.In terms of clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine: after treatment,the two groups were evaluated for clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.The total effective rate was 96.55% in the treatment group and 85.71% in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The combination of fire needle and exsanguination therapy for the treatment of liver stagnation and heat type herpes zoster has clear curative effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the pain of patients and improve the serum IgG level of patients.The curative effect is better than oral famciclovir tablets combined with mecobalamin tablets.2.The combination of fire needle and exsanguination therapy for the treatment of liver stagnation and heat type herpes zoster is better than oral famciclovir combined with mecobalamin tablets in promoting the efficacy of stop the blister and scab formation. |
