Clinical Research Of No. Ⅰ Qudu Liquid In Promoting Low Anal Fistula Postoperative Wound Healing

Objective:Through clinical observation of low postoperative patients with anal fistula,preliminary evaluation No.1Qudu liquid in the treatment of anal fistula of postoperative analgesic effect of promoting healing.MethodsrChoose60cases with anal fistula low line fistula dissection surgery patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In preoperative preparation,surgical procedure, postoperative management, and other treatment under the same conditions,the treatment group daily sitz bath with No.l Qudu liquid after toilet; Control group daily sitz bath with potassium perman-ganate after toilet.Respectively on3,7,14days after the medication record the patient’s pain,granulation edema, exudation, wound size and grading,look for more than two groups of clinical symptoms and wound healing,8weeks after discharge follow-up.Results:Compared pain on3,7, and14days respectively by t test, all p<0.05,with statistical significance.Wound healing, granulation edema,seepage,and the size of the wound on day3,7,14, by t test,all p<0.05,with statistical significance.Overall treatment effect,the total efficiency of90%treatment group than in the control group83.3%.Conclusion:No.1Qudu liquid in anal fistula low postoperative wound healing has a better analgesic effect of promoting healing,alleviating the suffering of patients.Curative effect is better than that of Potassium Permanganate.
