The Clinical Observation About Effects Of Xinnaotongluoye For Mild-to-morderate Vascular Dementia Patients Treatment

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of XinNaoTongLuoYe for the Mild-to-morderate Vascular Dementia patients.Methods:Sixty cases of patients with VD in Heilongjiang were randomly divided into two group, thirty patients of which were in treatment group with treating by XinNaoTongLuoYe,the rest thirty patients were in control group with treating by Donepezil HCL.The two groups were reserved conventional treatment, that is control level of blood pressure、 blood sugar and blood fat.The period of treatment is4weeks, after2periods to observe the changes of MMSE integral、 HDS integral、 ADL integral and SDSVD integral in order to determine the clinical curative effects of XinNaoTongLuoYe. Meanwhile, routine blood、 liver and kidney functions、 general signs of each group patients were detected as security index of XinNaoTongLuoYe.Results:1. Clinical Symptoms improved condition and curative efficacy: Compared with control group, the clinical efficacy of treatment group was obviously higher(P<0.05).The two groups before and after treatment of SDSVD integral, the scores of treatment group was obviously lower(P<0.05), no obvious difference was found between the control points, the two groups after treatment SDSVD integral has obvious differences(P<0.05).2. Cognitive ability and Activities of Daily Living integral comparison: Compared with before treatment, two groups of MMSE、 HDS integral increased significantly(P＜0.05)and ADL integral significantly decreased(P＜0.05);Compared with control group, treatment group MMSE、 HDS integral was significantly higher (P＜0.05) and ADL integral significantly lower(P<0.05).3. Safety and adverse reactions:three of the patients in control group had nausea after treatment4weeks, four patients in control group had mild diarrhea after7weeks treatment, all of them without other symptoms had gradually eased without taking other drugs, considering associated with Donepezil HCL side effects;The treatment group patients had no obvious discomfort.Two groups during the treatment, function of liver and kidney had no obvious damage occurred, cardiopulmonary dysfunction also did not occur, and so did other serious side effects associated with drugs and adverse events.Conclusion:1. According to the study it is conclusion that XinNao TongLuoYe joint donepezil HCL can alleviate qi deficiency blood stasis type of VD patients’ clinical symptoms, and XinNaoTongLuoYe can improved the Clinical curative effect.2. XinNaoTongLuoYe is helpful to improve cognitive function in patients with VD, increase the ability of VD patients daily life behavior, in order to improve the quality of survival in patients with VD, and effectively to prevent onset and progress of vascular dementia.
