The Ciinical Curative Effect Observation Of Changed Sheng Puhangtang And Photodynamic Therapy(PDT)Combined Treatment CEC

PURPOSE:To obersve the clinical efficacy of treatment central exudative chorioretinoPathy (CEC) by changed Sheng Pu Hangtang and photodynamic therapy(PDT), get the comparative preponderance of them. SIGNIFICANCE:The disease CEC mostly appears in adults aged from18to50years old. The pathological of it is the same to wet age-related macular degeneration,both of them are One of the blinding disease.PDT, a safe but very expensive therapy method for CEC,can partially or completely close central exudative chorioretinopathy of macular fovea or nearby macular fovea.and closed vessels can reperfusion under the excitation of certain factors.Sheng Pu Huangtang can cold blood,stop bleeding,dispersing blood stasis,promote the absorption of retinal blood, edema faded and CNV closed, but the course is long and slow.Patients of CEC could get another resultful therapy if the combined method get a good clinical curative effect. METHODS:In accordance with the order of the CEC60patients,devided them into2equal groups,30people in each group, one experimental group(A) gets the combined therapy,one matched group(B) gets the pure PDT. Record datas of vision, fundus color photography, fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA),OCT,gets the effective rates of each group after1month and3months.RESULTS:Results the total effective rate of A(96.7%) was sensitive to B (83.4%)1month later, but there were no statistical significance compraied.(p>0.05).3months later, the total effective rate of A was90%still was sensitive to B80%,and there were statistical significance compraied with hem.(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Firstly, PDT modified by changed Sheng Puhuangtang is effective in promoting and steading the patients’vision for a long time. Scendly,combined method can effectively close the CNV, atrophy and decrease the thickness of RNFL, promote the absorption of retinal hemorrhage, exudation and edema.Thirdly, changed Sheng Puhuangtang can consolidate treatment effect of PDT by atrophying and closing the the pathological vessels.The last,combined method is safe and reliable.
