The Clinical Observation Of Wenfei Tongqiao Decoction For The Treatment Of The Lung Deficiency Type Of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:By observing clinical efficacy of using Wenfei Tongqiao Decoction with inhalation,the tutor’s experienced prescription,to treat perennial allergic rhinitis,it aims at exploring the action of Wenfei Tongqiao Decoction in treating perennial allergic rhinitis and its mechanisms,providing clinical thinking and objective basis for the specification treating of perennial allergic rhinitis with integrative medicine.Methods:The standard-compliant patients with allergic rhinitis were60cases,according to the randomization randomly divided into group A (budesonide nasal spray+loratadine tablets) consisting of30patients and group B (budesonide nasal spray+loratadine tablets+Wenfei Tongqiao Decoction with inhalation) consisting of30patients. According to standard clinical observation,the improvement of all patient’s clinical symptoms,signs and related indicators which were observed before treatment,treating immediately(2weeks),1month and3months after treatment were recorded.Results:1.After2weeks of treating,in treatment group,the overall efficiency was90.0%,the significant efficiency was33.3%;in cntrol group,the overall efficiency was83.3%,the significant efficiency was16.7%.By statistical observation,there was no difference in the overall efficacy between two groups(P>0.05).2.With patients clinically followed up by three months,after1month and3months of treatment,in treatment group,the efficacy was respectively80%and70%,the significant efficiency was26.7%and16.7%;in cntrol group,the efficacy was respectively53.3%and50%,the significant efficiency was respectively10.0%and6.7%.By statistical observation,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.It is showed that,by comparison in efficacy before and after treating,there was certain effect in the treatment group and control group for treating allergic rhinitis. 2.By comparing efficacy of treatment and control group after one month and three months of treatment,it is indicated that the long-term efficacy of the group of Wenfei Tongqiao Decoction with inhalation is better than that of group of western medicine alone.3.Wenfei Tongqiao Decoction applied to treat perennial allergic rhinitis which is safe,enduringly effective,provides new clinical ideas for the integrative medical treatment of allergic rhinitis and is worthy of promotion widely.
