Objective:to study the feature of syndrome element about Coronary Heart Disease patients with blood stasis in Fuzhou area, including the feature of location and the characteristic of disease syndrome element, and the correction between syndrome element and obesity Measurement, for the study on the feature of syndrome element about Coronary Heart Disease with blood stasis, the standardized study on the differentiation of blood stasis syndrome element and the clinical application of obesity Measurement to offer Reference value.Methods:using the differentiation of syndrome elements, to calculate the syndrome element scores of181cases of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) patients with blood stasis in Fuzhou aera, using descriptive statistics, independent samples t test, single factor variance analysis, clustering analysis and Pearson analysis to analyze the distributive feature of syndrome element about Coronary Heart Disease patients with blood stasis and its correlation with obesity Measurement.Results:1. The feature of syndrome element about Coronary Heart Disease patients with blood stasis:the main locations is given priority to with heart, then followed by liver, kidney, gallbladder and spleen; phlegm, dampness, qi stagnation and heat are the main syndrome elements in excess syndrome; while Yang deficiency, Yin deficiency, qi deficiency, blood deficiency are main in deficiency syndrome.2. The clustering feature of syndrome element: kidney, qi deficiency, Yang deficiency get together for a class; Heart, blood deficiency, Yin deficiency get together for a class; gallbladder and heat get together for a class; Liver and qi stagnation get together for a class; Blood stasis, phlegm, dampness and the others get together for a broad class.3. Syndrome elements and gender relations:Compare to female, male’s heart and phlegm syndrome element appear more frequently (P<0.05), the difference of male and female’s phlegm syndrome element score is statistically significant, male’s phlegm syndrome element score is significantly higher than female (P<0.01).4. Syndrome elements and age relations:the frequency of kidney, gallbladder, Yang deficiency, qi deficiency, heat and yang excess syndrome element in group C (70-79-year old) is significantly higher than B group (60-69years); the frequency of bile syndrome element in group C is significantly higher than group A (50to59years old)(P<O.01); the score of Heart, blood deficiency syndrome elements in group A is higher than group B; the score of phlegm, heat syndrome elements in group C is higher than group B; the score of Yin deficiency, qi deficiency syndrome elements in group C is higher than in group A (P<0.05); the score of Liver syndrome element in group C is significantly higher than group B; the score of kidney, bravery, Yang deficiency, phlegm syndrome element in group A is significantly higher than group A; the score of heart, liver, kidney, gallbladder, wet, Yang deficiency, blood deficiency, Yin deficiency, qi deficiency syndrome elements in group C is significantly higher than group B(P<0.01).5. Syndrome elements and course of disease relations:the score of heart, kidney, gallbladder Syndrome element and course of disease are significantly positive correlation (P<0.01); the score of qi stagnation, heat syndrome elements are positively related with course of disease (P<0.05), the score of blood stasis syndrome element and course of disease have significant positive correlation (P<0.01); the score of Yin deficiency, qi deficiency syndrome elements are positively related with course of disease (P<0.05).6. Obesity measurements and gender relations:body mass index and waist circumference in male’s group is significant more than female’s group (P<0.01), Waist to height ratio in female’s group is more than in male’s group (P<0.05).7. syndrome element and Obesity measurements relations:the score of spleen syndrome element is positively related with waist circumference and Waist to height ratio; the score of blood stasis syndrome element is positively related with waist circumference and Waist to height ratio, the score of phlegm syndrome element and waist-to-hip ratio are positively related (P<0.05); the score of Phlegm syndrome element is significantly positively related with body mass index, waist circumference and waist ratio, the score of blood stasis syndrome element is significantly positive related with waist circumference (P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The location of Coronary Heart Disease patients with blood stasis is given priority to with heart, closely related to liver, kidney, gallbladder and spleen.2.The miscellaneous syndrome elements in excess syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease patients with blood stasis is given priority to with phlegm, dampness, heat and qi stagnation; the miscellaneous syndrome elements in deficiency syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease patients with blood stasis is given priority to with Yang deficiency, Yin deficiency, qi deficiency.3. Men who are Coronary Heart Disease patients with blood stasis have a higher phlegm level, may be associated with alcohol, tobacco, and diet.4. While Coronary Heart Disease patients with blood stasis are70-79years old, the level of miscellaneous kidney deficiency and phlegm and wet is higher,may be kidney deficiency is more serious when they are older,the transportation and transformation of water don’t work, phlegm and wet get together.5. While course of disease gradually extend, the levels of qi deficiency, Yin deficiency, blood stasis in Coronary Heart Disease patients with blood stasis are gradually aggravating, considering to qi deficiency is more serious when they are older, qi doesn’t run blood,, coupling with a long illness into collaterals.6. The pathological basis about traditional Chinese medicine of abdominal obesity is given priority to with phlegm and blood stasis; the location is given priority to with spleen; Body mass index and waist circumference can be used as a objective index about the differentiation of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in Coronary Heart Disease; waist-to-hip ratio and Waist to height ratio reflect to the level of pathological changes in phlegm.
