Objective:observe the different Serum level of von Willebrand Factor (vWF)and P-select element (Ps) in the patients with different Chinese medicine syndromes in Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) and healthy people, furthermore, analyse the Related degree between they both and the integral of heart blood stasis syndrome (HBSS), For further reveal segmental nature of HBSS, seek more objective basis for the diagnosis and tr-eatment of blood stasis syndrome in Coronary Heart Disease.Methods:Selected 35 patient with HBSS^ 31 patient with none-HBSS and 50 healthy people, extracted venous blood specimen, By enzyme-linked immunosorbent adsorption test method (ELISA), detected concentration of vWF and Ps, At the same time, recorded HBSS Integral in HBSS group, All data are presented as mean±standard deviation, By statistical software SPSS17.0, Analyze the differences between vWF serum level and Ps serum level among the three groups, and analysis the related degree of vWF and Ps with HBSS Integral, P<0.05 indicated statistically significant.Results:About vWF,Ps, There were significant statistic differences among three groups. After Each set of data proofreaded, and was analysed by The Welch ap-proximate analysis of variance, the serum level of vWF in HBSS group increased than it in none-HBSS group,and healthy group,P<0.05,was considered singifieant, conc-entration of serum vWF in none-HBSS group is higher than it in healthy group (P< 0.05), Also has significant differences.Comparing the results between the groups,Serum concentration of P-selectin are basically the same as vwF. By Pearson correlation analysis,Serum levels of vWF and P-selectin were associated with HBSS Integral positively(r=0.601, PO.05; r=0.611, P<0.05),and the positive correlation between P-selectin levels and blood stasis integral is more closely.Conclusion:1.vWF, Ps concentrations were significantly higher in HBSS group than it in none-HBSS group and healthy group,, Prompted that both vWF and Ps are close corr-elated with HBSS. They both can be used as indicators of the microscopic identificati- on, and have important guiding significance for clinical recognition and diagnosis of HBSS in Coronary Heart Disease.2. The concentration of vWF and Ps was associated with HBSS Integral were co-rrelated significantly in HBSS group, Clews that vWF, Ps mediated endothelial injury and platelet activation have certain internal relation with HBSS in Coronary Heart Disease, they may be a vital part of the essence in Syndrome of HBSS.3.compared to healthy control group, the concentrations of vWF and Ps in HBSS group and none-HBSS group showed a close positive correlation, suggested that vWF and Ps have synergism exists in HBSS, whether they were affected by HBSS, further research is need.
