| Based on MCAO rats, The article has expounded the connotation of Jianpi Yizhi Method by monitoring the change of index of morphology and behavioral expression, and revealed the mechanisms of Jianpi Yizhi Method in the treatment of the rat MCAO by testing the change of index of morphology and behavior of the Rats and intestinal, which wil reflect the spleen function in the process of brain injury rehabilitation, and bring forth new ideas in the theory related spleen and brain, and develop TCM viscera-state theory in an innovative approach, and explore new ideas for treatment of cerebral ischemia diseases from the spleen in TCM.In theoretical studysection, the article briefly summarize the etiology and pathogenesis related the disease of stroke about the doctors of past dynasties. Most doctors thinked that the pathogenesis of qi deficiency and blood stasis、liver and kidney Yin deficiency and deficiency of kidney essence play an important role in the onset of stroke, and they also use the methods of calming liver wind、tonifying Kidney and strengthening essence and activating blood circulation in the treatment of the desease of struke. Based above,the article discusses the connotation of spleen related brain, and highlights the importance of the spleen in the pathogenesis of ischemic strokes. We the relation between spleen and brain is Yiying Yangyi,Yishu Tiaoheng,Zhusi Shengzhi.So we establish the treatment of the disease is Jianpi Yizhi Method and developed the drugs is Jianpi Yizhicapsules. Basing on the past effective results of clinical and animal studies, we designed the animal experiment to take further step to reveal the possible mechanism how the method of the treatment acted.In the experimental study section, the rats were divided into five groups, including the normal control, the sham-operation,the model, the Nim horizon (the western medicine), the Jianpi Yizhicapsules(the TCM), and copied to MCAO model. Each subgroup is divided into7days,14days,28days, following groups of survival time and Each subgrou have eight rats. After the treatment, the normal control is Conventional breeding, the sham-operation and the model is gived0.9%Sodium chloride solution, After the treatment of7days,14days and28days,we observe the change of morphology and behavior of the brain and the spleen,and copied to MCAO model, to reveal the possible mechanism how the method of the treatment acted. The results showed that, after treatment of7days, the number of VIP、NT、NPY、SP positive cells of the TCM rats’s the hippocampus and the small intestine wall hadbeen obviously improved, with marked differencescomparingto the model group(P<0.05). The TCM rats’s incubation periodlonger in the Morris water reduced and make a mistake by electric shock in the rat platformreduce,which instructions that the memory is recoveried obvious and better than the model and the Nim horizon.It prompts that Jianpi Yizhicapsules treat Ischemic Cerebral Stroke by dilate blood vessels. |
