MSCT For Coronary Artery Stent Restenosis Of Diagnostic Value:a Meta Analysis

Objective To review the diagnostic value of MSCT (≥128-slice) to stent restenosis of coronary artery.Methods Since building a database computer searches to September2013Pubmed, Embase, Cochrane library, web of science, CNKI, CBM,Wan Fang Digital Periodicals, VIP Digital Periodicals Database.The Chinese and English documents on value of MSCT (≥128-slice) to stent restenosis of coronary artery were searched, and the quality of the documents was assessed. The sensitivity(SE),specificity(SP) and95%CI of MSCT (≥128-slice) to stent restenosis of coronary artery were calculated, and summary receiver operating characteristic(SROC) curve and area under curve(AUC) were drawn and calculated.Results There were12documents included.Based on stent analysis,the merger SE of MSCT (≥128-slice) to stent restenosis of coronary artery was0.90(95%CI:0.82-0.94),SP was0.91(95%CI:0.89-0.93)and AUC was0.95. Subgroup analyzes320-slice MSCT diagnosis of coronary artery stent restenosis, the sensitivity and specificity were higher than the256-slice MSCT.Conclusion MSCT (≥128-slice) on the evaluation of coronary stent restenosis has a high value, is the clinical follow-up of an effective and non-invasive screening method.
