Lung cancer is one of the most common worldwide malignancies. Themorbidity and mortality of LC is ranking the first in a variety of malignanttumors, the mortality of it is up to92%.12.95%of LC are small cell lungcancer, which limited stage small cell lung cancer (LS-SCLC) accounts for27%of SCLC.Objevtive:To evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of concurrent versussequential chemoradiotherapy.Method:Searching randomized controlled trials about concurrent versussequential chemoradiotherapy for limited stage small cell lung cancer, which is publishedfrom2004to2014. Using the Cochrane CollaborationRevman5.0Meta-analysis to study.Result:Small cell lung cancer: we searched seven randomized controlled trials, including a total of1010cases of limited stage small cell lung cancer patients, study quality assessment were four RCTs have moderate risk of bias, as ClassB;3RCTs with high degree of bias risk, as the C-Class. Meta-analysis showed that, for LS-SCLC concurrent chemoradiotherapy is higher in CR+PR, withstatistical significance [RR=1.06,95%CI (1.02,1.10), P=0.005].1-yearsurvival rate, with statistical significance [RR=1.13,95%CI (1.01,1.26), P=0.03](Figure4-2).2-year survival rate, with statistical significance [RR=1.38,95%CI (1.17,1.63), P=0.0001].3-year survival improved with statisticalsignificance [RR=1.27,95%CI (1.00,1.60), P=0.05].5-year survival rate, with statistical significance [RR=1.46,95%CI (1.04,2.06), P=0.03]. Toxicityaspects: III/IV neutropenia incidence increased with statistical significance[RR=1.23,95%CI (1.14,1.32), P <0.00001=(Figure4-6). III/IVthrombocytopenia increased incidence, with statistical significance [RR=1.44,95%CI (1.15,1.81), P=0.001] III/IV anemia, III/IV esophagitis, pneumonia, III/IV degree of nausea and vomiting incidence difference was notstatistically significant.Conclusion1. concurrent chemoradiotherapy is higher than sequential chemoradioth-erapy at the efficiency2. concurrent chemoradiotherapy program have a higher rate of III/IVneutropenia and III/IV thrombocytopenia incidence;...
