The Collection Of Literature Of The Diffuse Interstitial Lung Oisease(DtLD) In2013

Diffuse interstitial lung disease (Diffuse interstitial lung disease, DILD) isa group of diseases，mainly related to the alveolar wall and surrounding tissues, including lung lesions and adjacent support structure; Diffuse parenchymal,alveolar and interstitial inflammation fibrosis is the basic pathological changesin the activities of breathing difficulties, chest radiographic changes in diffuse lung, streaks, grid shadow restrictive ventilatory defect, diffusing capacity reduction and clinical features of the disease hypoxemia group consisting of clinical-pathological entities collectively; It is common outcome of a variety of acute and chronic lung disease; It is important disease harmful to human health,the incidence and mortality increasing year by year[1]. Currently, the known causes DILD are about200species, but the exact pathogenesis has not been completely elucidated. Existing treatments are limited, most of ILD treatment wasstill difficult. ILD pathogenesis and effective treatment programs are increasingly become a hot research in this field. This paper conducted a review on the2013published hundreds of articles in Chinese and English literature, analyzes,organizes,and designs to provide a reference for clinical work and research todevelop new ideas.
