Objective:Through comparing the clinical observation of mivacuriumand cis-atracurium in pediatric tonsillectomy, to study the advantage ofmivacurium in pediatric tonsillectomy. Methods:Forty American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) physicalstatus â… ~â…¡ patients scheduled for tonsillectomy were randomly dividedinto two groups. Subjects in group A were given mivacurium, and groupB were given cis-atracurium. To do the pediatric tonsillectomy underdifferent muscle relaxants. The indicators of intubation and operation, recovery time about some indicators after surgery were recordedcompared in each group.Results:1.There are no statistically significant in Cormack gradingsystem, Coopers’ grading system and operation satifaction(p>0.05).2.Group A have shorter intubation time than Group B(p<0.05).3.Duringthe general anesthetic stage of recovery period, Group A reduce thebreating recovery time, extubation time and leaving PACU time(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.A single intubating dose of mivacurium can providesimilar intubation and surgeon satisfaction for the pediatric tonsillectomy.2.Compared with cis-atracurium, mivacurium can shorten the intubationtime, avoid the application of muscle relaxant antagonist medicine and accelerate the anesthetic recovery. |
