| Objective: Via the antioxidant function of the resveratrol acting on atheroscleroticplaque on a high-fat diet in mice and the effect of immune inflammatory cells inatherosclerotic lesions releasing related cytokines IL-6, IL-1βand the content ofTNF-α, to evaluate the influence on the inflammatory and immune response fromthe oxidative reaction on resveratrol and define the role of resveratrol in theprevention and treatment of atherosclerosisMethod:Six to eight weeks of ApoE-/-mice24,25±3g of weight, wererandomly divided into2groups: A: high-fat diet group; B: resveratrol+high-fatdiet group.11weeks after feeding high-fat diet group, we kill mice to stain aortawith HE and immunohistochemical method, and analyse the data via statisticalanalysisResults: In the two mice groups,the ratios of plaque area of blood vessel wall andthe blood vessel lumen area are notably different. The plaque formation ofatherosclerotic in mice of resveratrol+high-fat group is less than the high-fat group(P <0.05).Compared with high-fat group of mice, the ratio of aortic atheroscleroticplaque area and the blood vessel lumen area decrease by36.1%.and the ratio ofaortic atherosclerotic plaque area and the blood shrink by64.24%.Furthermore,it isrestrained in the expression of plaques of IL-6, IL-1β and TNF–α.Conclusion:(1) the antioxidant function of resveratrol can greatly affect the lesionsof inflammatory and immune response in atherosclerotic,it can also slow down theformation process of atherosclerotic plaque;(2) oral resveratrol can obviously inhibit the expression of cytokines IL-6, IL-1βand TNF-α, inhibiting the process ofimmune response in the formation of atherosclerotic plaque in mice... |
