The importance of human resources management of the hospital, enhance the quality of the human resource management of the enterprise, make reasonable allocation of human resources in enterprises, all of the above will affect the overall efficiency of the hospital, have a very far-reaching significance to promote the comprehensive competitiveness of hospital sustainable development. This research mainly conducts the research to the present situation of human resource management in hospital in Gongxian, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, field survey method, interview method and data statistics method and so on, the results found:Gongxian hospital mainly existing institutions are not reasonable, the age structure is irrational, lack of undergraduate education, low. workers the title structure, the lack of professional management personnel, outside the annual training less, salary structure unreasonable. The study also analyzed by using SWOT method facing Gongxian hospital human resource opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages, the human resource management strategy of Gongxian hospital.Through this study, the human resource management of Gongxian hospital put forward targeted countermeasures, including specific measures, there is also a directional idea, provided reference for human resource management to the Gongxian hospital and other similar County Public hospital.
