Ge Xia Zhu Yu Granule In Treating Infertility Due To Oviduct Inflammatory Clinical Curative Effect To Observe

Objective:Observe clinical curative effect of orally Gexia Zhuyu Granule combined hydrotubation compared against hydrotubation for salpingitis infertility, toevaluate efficacy of activating blood, dissolving stasis and relieving pain, and its value on clinical application in patients with salpingitis infertility.Method:A total of68cases with salpingitis infertility from our hospital gynecologic met to the standard.4cases withdraw and2cases excluded, the rest of62cases were randomly divided into two groups and investigated. The test group (31cases) had been treated by orally Gexia Zhuyu Granule, One packet each, twice a day without of menstrual period,and both group had been treated by hydrotubation, starting the2-3th day after menstrual bleeding stops, once every other day and twice made up one course in a month. In the way that to observe changes of patency of fallopian tube, clinical symptoms, clinical signs, plasma fibrinogen and whole blood viscosity of venous blood samples before and after three courses of treatment, we can analyze the therapeutic effect of Gexia Zhuyu Granule and hydrotubation on salpingitis infertility and summarize the clinical value.Results:1. The clinical effect of patency of fallopian tube:The total effective rate was76.3%in the test group, significantly superior to37.3%in the control group (P<0.01).2.The clinical effect of clinical symptoms:The total effective rate was80.6%in the test group, significantly superior to48.4%in the control group (P=0.02).3. The clinical effect of local:The total effective rate was74.2%in the test group, significantly superior to35.5%in the control group (P=0.02).4. The each group’s changes of clinical symptombefore and after treatment:The total clinical symptom of the test group, and part of clinical symptom of the control group, such as the waist and abdomen less pain had decreased significantly (P<0.05). The other clinical symptom had no significant difference before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).5. The each group’s changes of clinical signs before and after treatment:Clinical signs of tubal phlogistic such as enlarged fallopian tube(one or both side), a cable strip, and a mild tenderness had decreased significantly. Adnexal masses of the test group and pain index of both groups’adnexal and uterine tenderness has significant differences after treatment. The other clinical signs had no significant differencebefore and after treatment inboth groups.(P>0.05).6. The each group’s changes of plasma fibrinogen and wholeblood viscosity of venousblood samples had significant differencesbefore and after treatment.The available indicators has significant differences in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The way of Gexia Zhuyu Granule combined hydrotubation has a significantly better effect in treating salpingitis infertility than hydrotubation. The testing result proved that this method of activating blood, dissolving stasis and relieving pain is feasible, effective and deserves to be used to in the treatment of salpingitis infertility.
