Clinical Efficacy Of Modified Zhenwu Decoction On Cardiac Function In Patients With Chronicheart Failure

Objective:To Observe the clinical function of modified Zhenwu Decoction on in patients with chronic heart failure (Yang Pan-water). And to discuss the potential mechanism preliminarily.Methods:A total of60patients with chronic heart failure (Yang Pan-water) patients from were were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with30cases in each. The control group were given western medicine (digoxin, diuretics, vasodilators, and so on) as routine anti heart failure treatment; while the treatment group was treated with modified Zhenwu Decoction on the basis of conventional therapy of the western medicine on. Two weeks later, the patients were examined with LVEF, E value and A value by echocardiography.Results:1. In terms of TCM symptoms:the treatment group showed more effective than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).2. In cardiac function:the treatment group improved the cardiact function more efficacy than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).3. In function of left ventricle:compared to the control goup, the treatment group could increase the LVEF and E/A value, the difference was significant (P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Zhenwu Decoction can improve the syndromes of TCM in patients with chronic heart failure;2. Zhenwu Decoction can improve cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure;3.Zhenwu Decoction could increase the LVEF and improve the E/A value.
