| ObjectiveTo study of the improvement of modified Qi Huang Yin Decoction on heart function in chronic heart failure patients with hyperuricemia,and investigate the relationship between serum uric acid level and heart function,to provide theoretical support and clinical evidence for TCM Prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure.MethodA prospective randomized controlled study was used to select 60 cases,includeed in the standard,from May 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital cardiovascular division in the hospital patients with spleen and kidney deficiency,and turbidity stasis block type in chronic heart failure patients with hyperuricemia as the research object,according to the doctor' s order number,produced by the random number table method 60 random Numbers,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 30 cases.On the basis of routine anti heart failure and control diet therapy,the treatment group received the Benzbromarone Tablets and Modified Qi Huang Yin decoction,the control group received the treatment of benzene bromine Malone,treatment course 2 weeks,after 2 weeks of treatment curative effect evaluation and analysis.The curative effect evaluation includes the treatment of NYHA heart function classification before and after treatment,the changes of serum BNP,UA,ultrasonic index LVEF and TCM syndrome score.ResulisAfter treatment,the two groups patients NYHA heart function classification,serum BNP,UA were improved,but the treatment group curative effect was better than the control group,compared the difference was statistically significant(P?0.05).After treatment,the two groups patients with ultrasound indicators LVEF were increased,but the treatment group curative effect was better than the control group,compared the difference was statistically significant(P?0.05).After treatment,two groups of patients TCM syndrome was also had an improved,but the treatment group curative effect was better than that of control group,compared the difference was statistically significant(P?0.05).ConclusionBased on conventional anti heart failure treatment and control diet,combined with modified Qi Huang Yin Decoction in treating spleen and kidney deficiency,blood stasis and turbid with hyperuricemia in chronic heart failure,can effectively reduce the level of blood uric acid,improve heart function,relieve clinical symptoms,and suggest that there is a linear relationship between uric acid and heart function,uric acid and heart function classification,BNP positive correlation,negative correlation with LVEF,uric acid is closely related with the severity of heart failure,urate lowering therapy can improve cardiac function,improve prognosis,clinical medication safety,worthy of further research and promotion. |
