The Research About The Exploration Of The Meaning Of Xin-ku-gan-fa And Clinical Experience

Objective:By combing the relevant ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine material, the research studys on the rules of similar functions of herbal formula and the xin-ku-gan-fa theoretical connotation in the properties and flavors’legislation, and it will expand and extend the properties and flavors’legislation’s content, summarizing the related theory and the clinical experience of the instructor.Methods:On the basis of ancient literature of the traditional Chinese medicine, this paper uses the literature informatics methods to extract the connotation of law in legislation, and it concludes the formula in the regularity of the xin-ku-gan-fa of prescription compatibility.Results:This paper reviews the properties and flavors’legislation of the historical evolution, and the origin of xie xin fa,basing on the analysis to explore xie xin fa’s meaning of the properties and flavors’legislation—xin ku gan fa,and summarize the function of xin wei, ku wei and gan wei,and the application of xin-ku-gan-fa.Basing on the development and summary of all previous dynasties,get the rule of xin ku gan fa.At the end,combined with tutor’s clinical experience to extend the range of the application of xin-ku-gan-fa.Conclusion:The properties and flavors’legislation is a vital part of TCM,and the theory from "ben jing" has been completed gradually so far,According to the properties and flavors’legislation that based on the properties and flavors’theory,it could supply the shortcoming of the legislation such as jun-chen-zuo-shi,and it has quite a wide range of clinical application of the development.There is a very vital part of the properties and flavors’legislation,and it has quite a wide range of clinical application of the foundation.By researching through the study of ancient medical books,this paper obtains the meaning of xin wei ku wei gan wei and Xin-ku-gan-fa’s peculiarity,and it connects to clinical experience with the tutor.This paper summarize characteristics of similar function’s fangji to explore the deep rule of Xin-ku-gan-fa’s legislation during the clinical experience of wei-pi-zheng and wei-wan-tong.
