To Evaluate The Safety Of Laparoscopic Colon Subtotal Resection Combined With Open Colon Subtotal Resection For Treatment Slow Transmit Constipation

Objective: To evaluate the safety of laparoscopic colon subtotalresection combined with open colon subtotal resection for treatment slowtransmit constipationMethods: The databases such as PUBMED,EMBASE,CNKI andWangFang data were searched to collect clinical trials from the date of theirestablishment to2013.6,the literature limit in Chinese and English, and thereferences of the included studies were also retrieved. Studies were screenedaccording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, data were extracted. Themethodological quality of the included studies was assessed to Jadad scorecriterion, and meta-analyses were performed with RevMan5.1software.Results: There are a total of six studies involving278patients. Theresults show: the operation time: Operation time WMD=14.41,95%CI (8.30,8.30), P <0.0001laparoscopic surgery longer than open surgery, and thedifferences of two surgical methods in operation time is statisticallysignificant; blood loss: WMD=90.84,95%CI (70.82,70.82), P <0.0001think bleeding amount of laparoscopic surgery is less than the open operation.The differences of two operation method in the blood loss was statisticallysignificant; Postoperative exhaust time for the first time WMD=0.30,95%CI(0.78,0.78), P=0.22that two kinds of operation method for the first time inpostoperative exhaust time difference is not statistically significant;Hospitalization time: WMD=3.31,95%CI (6.08,0.53), P=0.02two kindsof operation method in the length of time the difference was not statisticallysignificant; Pain agent using frequent WMD=0.98;CI(1.45,0.52),p<0.0001thedifference between two kinds of operation method is statisticallysignificant.Stool frequency: WMD=1.07,95%CI (0.26,0.26), P=0.12that two kinds of operation method in stool frequency difference is not statisticallysignificant; Incision complications: WMD=0.12,95%CI (0.03,0.03), P=0.0009think incision complications of the difference between two kinds ofoperation method is statistically significant.Conclusion: Comparing with traditional subtotal colon excision, thelaparoscopic can less estimated blood loss and reduce postoperative, butextended the operation time. There is no statistical difference of thehospitalization days and the intestinal function recovery. So for the differentpatients, taking individualized treatment.
