| In order to comprehensively and effectively evaluate the quality of Gardenia, the topic studies the content of the main chemical components in different families. At the same time, research the anti-inflammatory and analgesic, in order to reveal the content of the main chemical components impact on theirs efficacy.Applying SPSS19.0software to analysis chemical components to evaluate the quality of the different family gardenia. The paper consists of four parts, each part of the main contents are as follows:1. The topic established the common mode of the HPLC characteristic chromatographic profile. There were four peaks were identified. Combineing with principal component cluster analysis, the results discoved that the first principal component represented most of the peaks of pignents, these cond and third principal represented Iridoid glycosides. Respectively basing on comprehensive scores for the variable, the system cluster analysis was used by SPSS19. According to the results,20samples from different families were classified into four groups, whice could be use as quality reference.2. Establish a HPLC-DAD method of wavelength switching determination of content for geniposide, chlorogenic acid,crocin-I and crocin-II four kinds of constituents in the Gardeniae Fructus. The results show that there is a great difference between the contents of4components in Fructus Gardeniae from different families. The accumulation trend of four components is different.Multi-index quality analysis system was determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometric method for content of iridoid glycosides,total coloring,total chlorogenic acid, total polysaccharide, the differences between these four indices of content are different.3. By the SPSS19.0software, we adopt the principal component analysis, cluster analysis and correlation analysis to anlyze8indicators whice were measured in the previous two chapters, that can comprehensively and effectively evaluate the quality of Gardenia by cluster analysis,20samples whice were from different families in the city of Fuding were classified into three groups.At last,we investigate the correlation between the eight indicators.According to the classification results of the first chapter and the chapter, electing a pedigree from each class for anti-inflammatory and analgesic experiments.4. Using the xylene induced auricular swelling and acetic acid on mouse writhing as the efficacy model, this section explores anti-inflammatory and analgesic of gardenia from different families. Seeking the best work concentration, setting different dose groups to compare the effectioan of anti-inflammatory and analgesic between gardenia whice was from different types of families. The results show that gardenia have the effectioan of anti-inflammatory and analgesic. S9(good class) had the best anti-inflammatory analgesic effect, followed was S14(middle class) and S8(bad class). The anti-inflammatory analgesic activity of gardenia from different families are different. |
