JinKuiYaoLve is an important component of the ShangHanZaBingLun written by Zhang Zhonjing that has been the earliest existing monograph of miscellaneous differentiation and treatment in China. The book is honored as "the ancestor of prescription books and the essence of prescription", which is one of the classics that all the TCM learners must read. Its far-reaching impact on both ancient and modern doctors still much respected. The spleen and stomach is the root of after-birth and the source of Qi and blood, and also govern the pivot of Qi dynamism. JinKuiYaoLve concentrated reflects academic thoughts of Zhonjing who attaches great importance to the spleen and stomach. In the sight of the method of Zhonjing’s prescription in treating Spleen and stomach system diseases, Qi-Flavor concerted application is a widely used method. The research based on the study of drugs’Qi-Flavor concerted application in curing diseases of the spleen and stomach system of JinKuiYaoLve. Analysis its Qi-Flavor concerted application regulation of treatment based on spleen and stomach system diseases. For the purpose of providing the basis for clinical use of the drug in treating spleen and stomach system diseases and other miscellaneous diseases, and also provide a feasible way of thinking in flexible use of classical prescriptions.First of all, the article discuss the development of the theory of spleen and stomach in TCM and the formation of Qi-Flavor concerted application regulation according to the origin of the theory. Second, judge the amount of the diseases which differentiation and treatment should be based on spleen and stomach system, the number of diseases and prescriptions respectively is23and53. Inclusion criteria:First, the diseases directly locate on spleen stomach and large intestine. Second, the diseases location or main location don’t belong to those viscera, but the pathogenesis associated with dysfunction of spleen and stomach and treatment based on them, also more than half of the drugs in prescription, its channel tropism, pharmacologic action and major functions mainly roles in spleen stomach and large intestine. The main body of the article is utilize Qi-flavor concerted application theory to elucidate those23kinds of diseases which contain54prescriptions and classified with Yin and Yang, heat and cold, deficiency and excess of a disease attribute, to explore the Qi-Flavor concerted application regulation.It concluded that, the disease and syndrome of spleen-stomach mentioned by JinKuiYaoLve has a certain rule:Deficiency syndromes mainly attribute to spleen and primary exhibit cold syndromes, the deficiency syndrome of spleen and stomach systems is mainly deficiency cold of spleen and stomach syndrome which major adopt XinWen(Re) and XinGanWen(Re) compatibility method. Excessive syndromes mainly attribute to stomach and primary exhibit heat syndromes, the excessive syndrome of spleen and stomach systems is mainly stomach-intestine excessive heat syndrome which major adopt KuHan compatibility method. Thus the deficiency cold of spleen and stomach syndrome is more than stomach-intestine excessive heat syndrome. The method of compatibility in JinKuiYaoLve based on the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases is highlighted in warming spleen and strength Yang. Spleen and stomach govern the pivot of Qi dynamism,XinKu compatibility method can regulate Qi activity. The spleen can easily afflicted with water-dampness,, GanDanKuWen compatibility method can drain water, remove dampness and strengthen spleen.
