Objective:To exploer the distributing law of pathological factors of TCM, and the relationgship between peptic ulcer pathological factors of TCM and psychological factors of SCL-90, Provide a reference for pathological studies of peptic ulcer medicine and TCM syndrome of emotional disease.Methods:Collected four diagnostic information and Symptom Checklist (SCL-90) Information for200cases of peptic ulcer patients. Adopting syndrome element differentiation, Analysis and Discussion the relationship between syndrome element and psychological factors of SCL-90.Results:1. Distributing regular of syndrome element: The main locations of the disease are stomach, spleen, liver, gall bladder, colon. The main Disease resistance are Qi stagnation, wet, qi deficiency, phlegm, heat. yin deficiency, blood stasis, yang deficiency is also more happened.Women’s liver, blood, qi deficiency, yang deficiency prime points higher than men (P<0.05). Spleen, stomach, wet, Qi, phlegm, heat, yin deficiency, yang deficiency, blood deficiency, cold syndrome integral elements there are differences (P<0.05) in the age group.2.Distributing regular of Symptom Checklist (SCL-90) psychological factor: The score of the Somatization, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, paranoid, psychotic are higher than standard model, which somatization, anxiety, hostility, terrorism with the standard model difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).3. The relationship between syndrome element and psychological factors of SCL-90: Somatization and the syndrome elements integral of stomach, food product, qi stagnation, blood stasis, yang hyperactivity positive correlation (P<0.05). Forced and the syndrome elements integral of spleen, wet positive correlation (P<0.05), and the syndrome elements integral of Yin deficiency negative correlation (P<0.01). Interpersonal sensitivity and the syndrome elements integral of spleen, qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, blood deficiency positive correlation (P<0.01), and the syndrome elements integral of heat, yang hyperactivity negative correlation (P<0.05).Depression and the syndrome elements integral of liver, gallbladder, qi stagnation positive correlation (P<0.01).Anxiety and the syndrome elements integral of stomach, spleen liver, gall bladder, qi stagnation, qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, blood stasis(P<0.05). Hostile and the syndrome elements integral of heat, yin deficiency, yang hyperactivity, blood stasis positive correlation (P<0.05), and the syndrome elements integral of spleen, qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, blood deficiency negative correlation (P<0.05).Psychotic and the syndrome elements integral of blood stasis positive correlation (P<0.01), and he syndrome elements integral of wet, phlegm, colon negative correlation (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Stomach, spleen, liver are the primary diseases of PU, the main Disease resistance of syndrome of Excess include qi stagnation, wet, phlegm, heat, blood stasis, Syndrome of Deficiency include qi deficiency, yin deficiency, yang deficiency, it has important implications for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of PU.2. Peptic ulcer patients have some degree of mental disorder, on the clinical diagnosis and treatment need psychological prevention for somatization focus anxiety, hostility, terrorism and so on.3. Peptic ulcer pathological factors of TCM and psychological factors of SCL-90is Intertwined interactions, not a single factor, single-direction effect. Anxiety and depression is closely related to liver. Anxiety, Forced, Interpersonal sensitivity is closely related to spleen. Emotional injuries affect the incidence of peptic ulcer is surrounded the relationship by the liver, spleen, and folders qi stagnation, phlegm, dampness, heat, blood stasis expand.
