The Clinical Observation Of TCM And Western Medicine Treatment For150Cases Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Object:Try to observe hormone characteristics of polycystic ovary syndrome; to observe the clinical effects of different syndrome types by TCM and western medicine treatment which doesn’t stimulate ovulation;to find the characteristics of reproductive hormones for PCOS patients,and to find the entry point for the treatment of PCOS with TCM and western medicine treatment.Methods:150PCOS women and30normal women are enrolled in the study.This paper analyses the sex hormone feature of the PCOS patients and observe sex hormone changes of puberty PCOS patients after treatment. They are divided into two groups with120cases in TCM and western medicine group,and30cases in western medicine group. According to the syndrome characteristics,120cases are divided into four groups:ganshenyinxu group, shireyunjie group,xinshenbujiao group, shenxuganyu group. Each group has30cases.TCM and western medicine group is given TCM artificial cyclic therapy to regulate the menstrual and promote pregnancy.Western medicine group is treated with Diane-35, clomiphene is given to patients with fertility requirements.The PCOS patients with insulin resistance or hyperinsulinemia will be given with insulin sensitization agent.They are all treated3to6months.Observe menstruation recovery rate,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate to identify the clinical effects of two therapeutic schedule,and observe the clinical effects of TCM and western medicine treatment for four TCM types. Results:The rate of high androgen-low estrogen in PCOS is72.67%,while7.1%in normal women.The difference is significant (P<0.01).The androgen of puberty PCOS patients is73.78±.90ng/dl before treatment,then is66.80±2.44ng/dl after treatment.The difference is nonsignificant(P>0.05).The estrogen of puberty PCOS patients is67.50±4.06pg/m before treatment,then it is85.55±3.91pg/ml after treatment.The difference is nonsignificant(P>0.05).The pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate of TCM and western medicine treatment is superior to western medicine treatment’s.The difference is significant (P<0.05).The highest efficiency group in four TCM types is yinxujishi group,whose efficiency is77.27%,The lowest one is xinshenbujiao group,whose efficiency is64.71%.The difference is nonsignificant in different TCM types(P<0.05).There is statistical significance between yinxujiashi group and western medicine treatment group,There is no statistical significance between other TCM types and western medicine treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusions:Compared with normal women,high androgen-low estrogen is the feature of PCOS patient.The key point of PCOS treatment lies in how to chang more androgen into estrogen,in order to improve the high androgen-low estrogen state.TCM and western medicine treatment can improve the clinical symptoms and the ovulation and clinical pregnancy rate of infertility.
