The Study To Treatment The Patients With PCOS-IR (Kidney Deficiency Syndrome) By Yishen-culuan Soup Combined With Metformin

[objective] Observe yishen-culuan soup combined with metformin Improvement of the Situation such as endocrine disorders, insulin resistance and ovulation disorders for the patients with PCOS with Insulin resistance (kidney deficiency).[methods]60patients were diagnoed as PCOS-IR (kidney deficiency syndrome) patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,N=30.Treatment group taking yishen-culuan soup combined with metformin,control group taking metformin.Menstrual cramps or progesterone withdrawal bleeding beginning of the first five days treatment with yishen-culuan soup,Once a day,For taking fifteen days.stop the medication when menstrual cramps as a treatment cycle finished.So treat three consecutive menstrual cycles.first day of menstruation metformin500mg orally once, three times a day, even for three menstrual cycles(Do not stop the medication when Menstrual cramps).Observed the Situation before and after treatment in endocrine conditions, insulin resistance index, ovulation, TCM syndrome score, midcycle endometrial thickness and medication side effects and so on.[result]After treatment,the treatment group total efficiency of93.33%,in the control group, the total efficiency of76.66%,Differences between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, blood T, LH/FSH, FINS, IR has improved,The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),After treatment, the indicators between the two groups,The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The treatment group in improving the endocrine and insulin resistance values.After treatment than the control group, the rate of ovulation for treatment group was73.33%, and the rate of ovulation for control group was50%,The difference between the two group was statistically significant.The treatment group showed improvement in terms of efficacy ovulation disorders than the control group. Can increase midcycle endometrial thickness after treatment,And comparison between the two groups, there are significant differences (P <0.05),The treatment group to promote the growth of endometrial effective than the control group.After treatment syndromes ratings were reduced, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the two drugs can improve the clinical symptoms of patients; comparison between the two groups after the treatment of Chinese medicine composite score group, the difference was statistically significant, in the opinion of treatment improve the efficacy of TCM symptom group than the control group.
