Objective: To investigate as the T1WI BRAVO, T2WI FLAIR CUBE and the FSET1WI three enhancer sequence the independent scan their joint application value in thediagnosis of meningeal tumor and clinical significance. Method: collected in ourhospital from February2011to February2013,86cases in our hospital diagnosedmeningeal tumor patients, including meningeal metastasis in32cases,54cases of singlemeningioma. And30were used as the control group, all patients and volunteersunderwent three enhanced sequence alternately scanned to choose completely normalvolunteers. Analysis meningeal tumor imaging features enhanced sequence, comparedto three to enhance independent applications and combined with the diagnosis ofmeningeal tumor sensitivity, specificity, and detection rate. Results: Meningeal tumor86cases, three enhanced sequence found a total of168lesions, meningeal metastases in114lesions, meningioma54lesions. Divided into meningeal metastases dura-arachnoid metastases in22lesions of, three enhanced sequence displayed on the numberof lesions were22,16,19, Fisher exact test analysis, enhanced T1WI BRAVO FSET1WI on dura-arachnoid metastatic tumor lesion enhancement displays the extentsuperior to enhanced T2WI FLAIR CUBE; pia mater-arachnoid meningeal metastasesin92lesions, three enhanced sequence displayed on the number of lesions were68,80,62. x2test analysis, enhanced display T2WI FLAIR CUBE pia mater-the arachnoidType meningeal metastases lesions strengthening the degree superior to enhanced T1WI BRAVO FSE T1WI. The meningioma is divided into a maximum diameter>2cm,40lesions, three enhanced sequence displayed on the number of tumor capsule lesionswere23,35,23. x2test analysis, enhanced T2WI FLAIR CUBE is for such tumorcapsule strengthen significantly better than the enhanced T1WI BRAVO and FSE T1WI.The maximum diameter≤2cm,14lesions, indicating the number of tumor capsulelesions were4,6,2. Fisher’s exact test analysis was not statistically significant. Threeenhanced sequence meningeal metastases sensitivity of54.39%,61.40%and47.30%, aspecificity of93.33%,96.67%and90.00%, respectively, while three reinforcedsequences combined with meningeal metastases sensitivity of76.31%The specificity of86.67%. The three enhancer sequence meningioma envelope of sensitivity are50.00%,66.07%, and46.29%, specificity96.67%,93.33%and90.00%, respectively. Threeenhanced sequences combined display the meningioma enveloped sensitivity75.92%,specificity83.33%.Conclusion:1. Dura-arachnoid meningeal metastases, enhancedthe T1WI BRAVO, and FSE T1WI lesion enhanced display enhanced T2WI FLAIRCUBE,2. Better than the soft meninges-the arachnoid meningeal metastases, enhancedT2WI FLAIR CUBE enhanced lesions better than enhanced T1WI BRAVO and FSET1WI. Maximum diameter>2cm meningiomas, enhanced enhanced T1WI BRAVO andFSE T1WI T2WI FLAIR CUBE the tumor capsule strengthen shows better than. Inmaximum diameter≤2cm meningiomas, three enhanced showed no statisticallysignificant tumor capsule strengthen. Three kinds of enhanced sequence in combinationcan significantly improve the sensitivity and detection rate of meningeal metastases andmeningioma envelope.
