Clinical Research On Jian Pi Yi Shen Sheng Xue Fa Treat The Renal Anemia

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy JianpiYishenShengxueFa with rHuEPO(recombinant human erythropoietin) in the treatment of Chronic renal anemia and to provide theoretical basis for Chinese medicine treatment of renal anemia.Methods:Collect62cases of patients to conform to the RA research standard, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group had31patients. The control group was given rHuEPO, iron, folic acid treatment and the treatment group was treated rHuEPO, iron, and folic acid with JianpiYishenShengxue tang. Two groups were treated for8weeks,4weeks for a course of treatment.Before and aftertreatment, observed the changes in patient, s hemoglobin、red bloodcell、 hematocrit, reticulocyte count, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and clinical symptoms and symptom scores. Statistical analysis:data processing using SPSS17.0statistical analysis software. P<0.05was significantly different; P<0.01as significant difference; P>0.05for no significant difference.Results:1.The clinical efficacy:the control group, the total effective rate was70.97%, the treatment group’s total effective rate was87.10%,treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2. To correct anemia, treatment group was faster than the control group:After2weeks of treatment, RBC, Hb, HCT were significantly improved of the treatment group’(P<0.05).At the same time,the change of the control group was not statistically significant (P>0.05).After8weeks,there were significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05or P<0.01). After2weeks, both groups had significantly increased in Rct(P<0.05or P<0.01). And there were significantly different between the two groups.(P<0.05).3.After treatment, in improving kidney function,improving Chinese medicine-related clinical symptoms and in TCM syndromescores, the treatment group is better than the controlgroup.(p<0.05orP<0.01)Conclusion:Use Jianpi Yishen Shengxue Fa to treat renal anemia, can quickly improve the patient’s anemia, shorten the course.It can improve renal function, delay the progression of kidney disease. And Jianpi Yishen Shengxue Fa has good clinical significance.
