Objective1.Literature researchThrough extensive collection and systematic review of ancient literature, the Chinese medicine theory of Children s constitution is deficiency cold”is guided to guide the theoretical basis and health measures of child health.2.Clinical researchConduct a prospective,multi-center,randomized,blank-controlled clinical study to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the theory that"Children ' s constitution is deficiency cold”in the development of a discriminative health care program.Methods1.Literature researchThe content includes two aspects. The first is the computer retrieval of the Chinese Medical Dictionary, the China National Digital Library, the online reading platform of Chinese medicine books and other traditional Chinese medicine database, and the second is the field retrieval of the ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics collected in theZhongshan Library of Guangdong Province.Collect and sort out the data of the doctors from the Qin Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty on the physiologicalcharacteristics of children and the health care and maintenance of Chinese medicine children. The search date is until December 31,2018.On the basis of the complete collation and analysis of these materials, the theoretical traceability of the theory of Children's constitution is deficiency cold"is carried out.To explore and analyze the application of the theory of"Children's constitution is deficiency cold" in the identification of children' s constitution, the concept of conservation and the formulation of TCM constitutional health care program.2.Clinical researchA prospective, multicenter, randomized, controlled clinical study was used.A total of 821 healthy children who were selected from 5 kindergartens in the urban area of Guangzhou were divided into a health group and a control group by 2:1 using a random number table method. After the physical identification of the two groups, the children in the health care group conducted life care and guidance according to the theory that Children's constitution is deficiency cold".According to the identified physical results, the corresponding physical health care program was given, and the control group did not intervene. The observation period of the two groups was 21 weeks in one semester. The safety of children needs to be observed during the health care process. The health effects of children need to be analyzed before, during, and 12 weeks of health care.Observation indicators:1 physical identification score;2 daily physiological performance score;3 health effect evaluation indicators;4 disease status(prevalence rate, number of illnesses);5 adverse reactions/events.Statistical analysis of the data was performed using SPSS19.0 software.Results1.Literature researchBy combing the discussion of the physiological characteristics of children and the health care of children by past doctors, the following is summarized. In terms of physiological characteristics, they all believe that because the viscera of children is relatively delicate and weak, they cannot withstand the medicinal drugs and have no resistance to the cold and overheated environment.Because the limbs and muscles of bones, the structure of blood, the structure of organs, and the physiological functions of organs are not mature, they are prone to physiological phenomena such as deficiency of vital energy and low state of mind. While children are in the process of growth and development, the organs are developing to perfection, characterized by vitality and rapidity. In the aspect of child health,it is necessary to control the diet to be over-satisfied.Do not wear too much clothing to wear clothes, and participate in outdoor activities to exercise properly. The focus of health care is on protecting the spleen of children. In daily life, children' s vitality should not be impaired, and children' s emotional care and moral education should be emphasized to prevent diseases caused by emotions.Educate children in a timely manner and develop good moral qualities and codes of conduct.2.Clinical researchA total of 821 cases of 126 cases were excluded from the study. There were 821 cases that were eventually included in the full data set analysis, which met 695 cases for the program set.The demographic data,test-related data, and experimental analysis data of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).(1)Body distributionIn the two groups of children, the proportion of people with physical characteristics such as pattern of deficiency of both qi and yin and accompanying symptoms of damp-heat was higher before the health care and 21 weeks of health care.Followed by children with Qi deficiency accompanied by phlegm,Qi deficiency and yang-qi deficiency. At the 21st week of health care, the proportion of people with qi deficiency and phlegm,qi and yin deficiency, and yang deficiency was lower than that before health care, while the number of qi and damp heat remained basically unchanged. The number of qi deficiency has increased. The proportion of body constitution before and after the control group was basically unchanged.(2)Integral of TCM constitution identificationBy comparison within the group, the integral of TCM constitution identification of the health care group after 21 weeks of health care were lower than those before the health care(P<0.05),and the data of the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the pre-health data between the two groups(P>0.05).The data of the 21-week health care were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Integral of daily physiological performanceThrough comparison within the group,it was found that the daily physiological performance scores of the health care group at 21 weeks of health were lower than those before and after 12 weeks of health care, and it was found that the 21 weeks of health care decreased compared with the 12 weeks of health care(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the data of the control group(P>0.05).The differences between the two groups in the pre-health data were not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable. The data of 21 weeks of health care were statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Daily physiological performance scoresThrough the comparison within the group,it was found that the scores of the health care group in the 21-week health care, body shape, defecation, breath, appetite, sweat, skin, finger presence or absence of barbedness, and usual illness were lower than before the health care(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of body type, defecation, tone, appetite and skin in the control group(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of facial color, sound, defecation, sleep, sweat, skin, finger presence or absence of puncture, and usual illness(P>0.05).Comparability.There was a statistically significant difference in appetite and sleep between the 21-week children(P<0.05).(5)Evaluation indicators of health effectsThe curative index of integral of TCM constitution identificationof the two groups of children and the curative effect data of the daily physiological performance scores were analyzed by chi-square test. The results showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(6)Prevalence rateThrough the comparison within the group, the overall prevalence of the health care group at 12 weeks of health care and the overall respiratory disease prevalence including patients with upper respiratory tract infection and bronchitis were lower than those before the health care(P<0.05).In addition to the prevalence of the above-mentioned diseases in the 21st week of health care, the prevalence of rhinitis and the prevalence of dyspepsia and overall digestive system diseases were lower than those before the health care(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the prevalence of rhinitis, constipation, pneumonia and abdominal pain in the control group(P>0.05).The overall prevalence of the two groups before treatment was found by comparison between groups. The prevalence of total respiratory diseases included the prevalence of upper respiratory tract infection, pneumonia, bronchitis, and the prevalence of constipation, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and dyspepsia. The data differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and were comparable. There was a statistically significant difference in the overall prevalence and dyspepsia prevalence between the 21st week of health care(P<0.05).(7)Times of illnessThrough the comparison within the group, the number of illnesses of the overall respiratory disease in the health care group at 12 weeks of health care and 21 weeks of health care, including the number of upper respiratory tract infections, rhinitis, bronchitis, and the number of cases of total digestive diseases were reduced compared with pre-health(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the number of cases of rhinitis, pneumonia and dyspepsia in the control group(P>0.05).By comparison between groups, the number of total respiratory diseases before treatment including the upper respiratory tract infection, bronchitis, pneumonia, and the number of constipation and diarrhea were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the number of cases of rhinitis in 21 weeks of health care(P<0.05).(8)Adverse reactions/eventsIn the course of the study, the health care group conducted health guidance, and the control group did not have intervention measures. The two groups of children did not have adverse reactions and adverse events during the study.Conclusion1.Literature researchLiterature research shows that children' s health care must consider the physiological characteristics of children's "innocent yin and immature yang",and should be based on warming Yuanyang. The theory that Children's constitution is deficiency cold and the doctors of the past generations have the same understanding of the visceral and visceral form of pediatric viscera, and inherit the idea of warming up the medical family to protect the yin of children. Therefore, the physique health care program guided by the theory of Children ' s constitution is deficiency cold focuses on the concept of pediatric maintenance for parents to establish the concept of pediatric maintenance of "Wenyang qi",and guides parents on how to protect children' s yang in daily life, and proposes health care and avoidance.Improper conservation behavior that causes yang damage.2.Clinical researchClinical studies have shown that the physical health care program guided by the theory of Children ' s constitution is deficiency cold can effectively improve the biased constitution and overall daily physiological performance of children, and it is effective in reducing the prevalence of the disease and reducing the prevalence, and there is no adverse reaction..This validates the effectiveness of the physical health program. This study failed to demonstrate the effectiveness of health care programs in improving the number of illnesses and duration of disease, but there are certain trends that need to be validated later through studies of control variables and multivariate observations. The study was conducted for a short time and could not further explore the long-term effects of the health care programme. The number of people falling off during the research process is large, and the improvement compliance in the future research program needs to be strengthened. In addition, most of the evaluation indicators adopted in this study are scale evaluations, which can be extended in future studies, and combined with objective indicators such as cardiopulmonary function to evaluate the effectiveness of health care programs.
