The Method Of Xing Qi Run Chang Treats The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of42Cases Of Constipation After Mixed Hemorrhoids Postoperative

Objective:This study, through the clinical curative effect observation and contrast, is to find a better way between the two methods of Xing Qi Run Chang and the using Macrogol4000for Constipation after Hemorrhoids Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy.Methods:42cases of Patients with constipation after the operation of Hemorrhoids Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy were randomly divided into subject group,21cases by the method of Xing Qi Run Chang and control group, another21cases by using Macrogol4000in the treatment. The two groups were observed before and after treatment of all the symptoms of constipation changes, including feces shape、defecation time、defecation force、endless of defecate、 anal rectal obstruction and abdominal distention six aspects. The symptoms with the method of integral statistics and using statistical software SPSS17.0to analyse the results, with alpha=0.05to the standard for two-sided test.Results:Before the treatment, through the statistical analysis the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) in gender, age, course, each symptom and total symptom integral,and two groups of data are comparable.After the treatment the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) in feces shape between the two groups, the curative effect of two groups have no difference; The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)in defecation time、defecation force、endless of defecate、anal rectal obstruction、abdominal distention sides between the two groups, the treatment group than the control group. After one week the total effect of the two groups has no statistically significant difference (P<0.05), effect of the treatment group is superior to control group tips.Conclusion:Curative effect of method of Xing Qi Run Chang is superior to Macrogol4000in treatment the defecation time、defecation force、endless of defecate、anal rectal obstruction、abdominal distention、total symptom integral and the total effect sides after Hemorrhoids Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy, and the former is a safe and effective method of treating constipation after the operation on hemorrhoid which is worthy of further being promoted for applications.
