| Objectives:Try to Quantify and statistics the patients with Nontoxic thyroid nodular goiter with the "measure questionnaire of five minds",we drawed the emotion distribution of the patients of Nontoxic thyroid nodular goiter.Explore the TCM emotions factors related to the pathogenesis of non-toxic nodular goiter.Provide some theoretical basis for psychological factors in the incidence of non-toxic nodular goiter.Lay the foundation for the prevention and treatment of the disease,and the guidance of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation.Methods:Collected from January2012to March2013in the attached Hospital of Che ngdu University of TCM out-patient and hospitalization in patients with Nontoxic thy roid nodular goiter,general records, and conducted a questionnaire survey on patients, fill out the "measure questionnaire of five minds".Then rated in accordance with its sc-ore, come to the patient’s emotions tendency, then apply the SPSS for Windows18.0statistical software for data processing and statistical analysis concluded.Result:(1) A total of78cases of non toxic nodular goiter patients,7cases of men (8.97%),female71(91.03%),male and female ratio is approximately1:10.14;Minimum age25years, maximum age62years old, the average age of43.36±7.77. Age distribution with40-49years of age accounted for the largest proportion,42.31%;followed by the30-39age group,29.49%of the total number of cases.(2) Non toxic nodular goiter patients with emotional distributions:normal emotion in35cases (44.87%),43cases of abnormal records (55.13%),including6cases of joy (7.69%),17cases of anger (21.79%),sorrow in13cases (16.67%),6cases due to pensiveness (7.69%),panic of1cases (1.28%).Conclusion:emotions abnormalities exist in patients with Nontoxic thyroid nodular goiter,and abnormal emotions more than the normal emotions,which angry up, followed by sorrow.Emotional factors may be associated with the incidence of Nontoxic thyroid nodular goiter, angry and sorrow may be the main cause of emotional factors. |
