| Objective：Palm skewed T-locking compression plate (the T-LCP) in the unstabledistal radial fracture observation of the effect of the treatment process, summarize theadvantages and disadvantages.The stability of the AO classification with three-columntheory combining the treatment of distal radial fractures make the accuracy of judgment,provide a reference for the choice of unstable distal radius fracture fixation.Methods: Orthopaedics, Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TraditionalChinese Medicine to meet the inclusion criteria of unstable radius distal fracture80sidehospitalized since October2009to September2011,78patients. Two cases in whichbilateral and men and women and1cases,34male side,33cases,46female side,45cases,the maximum age of86years, the minimum age is20years old. Which according to theAO classification B-type38side, C-type42side. Reasonable plan, preoperative assessment,including the preoperative diagnosis and imaging studies assessments; reasonablearrangements for the operation time; attention to the protection of soft tissue surgery;postoperative reasonable guidance in patients with functional exercise; actively to preventthe occurrence of complications. All patients with the palm side of the T-LCP standardtreatment of fracture healing, and to observe the process and efficacy of the treatment ofpatients, and for statistical analysis of the efficacy of this fixed way to make systematicreviews.Results: The palm side of the T-LCP treatment of unstable distal radius fractures withgood results were excellent in50sides, good23side, the general side, poor4sides.Excellent and good rate of91.25%.Conclusions: Under the guidance of the three-column theory, the palm side of the T-the LCP treatment of unstable distal radius fractures fixed stable and reliable; surgeryand careful operation, reasonable exercise to restore the function of the wrist have a greaterrole. Such a fixed manner worthy of clinical application. |
