According to the pathogeny model of insomnia, the study was designed and carried outcognitive behavior therapy for insomnia. The purpose of this study was investigated the relationsbetween the adherence and effect of cognitive behavior therapy for insomnia.846subjects wereprovided in one university of Heilongjiang. The effective questionnaire of Pittsburgh SleepQuality Index was682. The effective questionnaire of Insomnia Severity Index was598. Afterexcluded invalid data and students who were without sleep problems,50subjects were included.In the end, the study enrolled19subjects who had enough time to participate in the group. Allparticipants were administrated with self-reported questionnaires, included Pittsburgh SleepQuality Index, Insomnia Severity Index, Sleep Diary and Adherence Scale. All data wereanalyzed by t-test of independent and Regression analysis. The data included the end of group andtracking.The major results of the study were: After the group, the adherence of sleep technology incognitive behavior therapy had effect on the change of sleep quality.It had no effect on the changeof insomnia severity. At tracking, It impacted the change of sleep quality and the change ofinsomnia severity. After the group, the adherence of sleep technology that was recorded in sleepsleep log had effect on the change of sleep quality. It had no effect on the change of insomniaseverity.At tracking, It impacted the change of sleep quality and the change of insomnia severity.In addition, relaxation training could predict the treatment of insomnia significantly after the groupand sleep hygiene could predict the treatment of insomnia significantly at tracking.Based on the results, the suggestions of the treatment adherence and the future research wererespectively discussed.
