To Investigate The Clinical Efficacy Of Si Ling San Modified Combined With Danzhixiaoyao Power On The Treatment Of Central Serous Chorioretinopathy

Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of Si ling San Modified combined with Danzhixiaoyao power on the treatment of Central Serous Chorioretinopathy.Methods:Between July1,2012, to february28,2013,47eyes Patients were confirmed Central Serous Chorioretinopathy in our eyes clinic of Jiangsu Province Tradition Chinese Medicine Hospital were recorded in total. Divided the Patients into two groups.25eyes were in the experimental group,22eyes in the control group. The experimental group patients were treatment by the Si ling San Modified combined with Danzhixiaoyao power, the control group patients were treatment by the Si ling San Modified. A period of treatment was30days. Record twice of patients with the following three indicators measured by the Cirrus HD-OCT:Thickness Central Subfield, Volume Cube, Thickness Avg Cube. The first time was seeing a doctor before treatment, second time was after30days treatment. Observation and analysis the Change of the patients of Volume of the macular central diameter6mm(Volume Cube). Set effective indicators. Comparative of two groups of efficient rate.Results:The experimental group which were were treatment by the Si ling San Modified combined with Danzhixiaoyao power, compared with before treatment, the Volume Cube smaller, Macular edema absorption significantly, and the total efficient rate of the experimental group is76%, the control group is40.9%. Chi-square test in the groups between the experimental group and the control group show statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Si ling San Modified combined with Danzhixiaoyao power on the treatment of Central Serous Chorioretinopathy is superior to Si ling San Modified therapy.
