The Clinical Observation Of Portal Hypertension After Cirrhosis Treated With Benefiting Qi、Promoting Blood Circulation、Removing Phlegm And Removing Obstruction In Collaterals

Objective:This observation will investigate the clinical efficacy in the way of benefiting Qi、 promoting Blood Circulation、removing Phlegm and removing Obstruction in Collaterals,Compare before and after the treatment of the signs and symptoms of liver function, ascites situation and coagulation changes discussed in Western medicine treatment effectiveness compared to evaluate the role of this method in improving cirrhosis and portal hypertension progression, observe its clinical useadverse reactions and their own side effects, to evaluate its safety.Method:60patients will be involved from the clinic and inpatient,who will be separated into the treatment group (30) and the control group (30).The treatment group adopted the decoction of herbal medicine of benefiting Qi、promoting Blood Circulation、removing Phlegm and removing Obstruction in Collaterals,while the control group were take the normal and symptomatic treatment.lt will take one period of treatment6months to observe the diversity of their the main clinical symptoms,positive signs and serum test.Result:(1)The two groups of patients in the treatment of portal vein diameter have narrowed significantly (P<0.05), the ascites subsided obviously (P<0.01), spleen thickness of improvement before and after treatment, no significant statistical significance (P>0.05); treatment group relative to the control group, improve portal vein aspect effect was significantly (P<0.05), in the treatment group subsided Ascites more significant effect (P <0.01); spleen thickness improvement, the two sets of data contrast no significant statistical significance (P>0.05). The program has a good effect in lowering portal pressure subsided ascites aspects for improving the spleen thickness effect is not prominent.(2)Compared with before treatment, the symptoms of the patients were improved, pathological signs compared to before treatment, reduce fatigue, hypochondriac pain, bloating, jaundice, ascites, bleeding improved significantly (P<0.01), anorexia symptoms improved (P<0.05) better to reduce ascites treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.01), improvement of bleeding symptoms than the control group (P<0.05).
