Through the observation of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment of liver function changes in the virus, indicators, evaluation of clinical efficacy and safety of Shugan Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B, to provide effective drug for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with traditional Chinese medicine.ObjectiveThe purpose of the article is to study Chinese medicine academic better, to succeed and develop the theory of tympanites treatment, especially that of Ming and Qing. So that we can guide syndrome differentiation of tympanites treatment better and provide new ideas and information for future research and clinical treatment.MethodIn the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital digestion Department of internal medicine in 2012 November to 2013 July clinic patients,90 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients, randomly divided into three groups, Chinese medicine group 30 cases of Jianpi Shugan decoction group, western medicine group that entecavir group 30 cases and the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group with the group of 30 cases, respectively, before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment,24 weeks after the detected the liver function, hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid (HBV-DNA), to improve the situation were observed after treatment of TCM syndrome integral change group and related laboratory indicators.Results1, Shugan Jianpi Decoction group total effective rate (56.67%), entecavir group total effectiveness (73.33%), combination group total effective rate (86.67%), the difference was significant between the Shugan Jianpi Decoction group and entecavir group, combined group (P<0.01); entecavir group, combined group effect than compared with no statistical significance (P>0.05), but the combined group had the highest efficiency. The.soothing liver and invigorating spleen recipe has effect to improve the syndromes of chronic hepatitis B.2, after treatment, symptoms of patients in each group were improved significantly (P<0.01); but the hypochondriac pain, fatigue, anorexia, nausea and vomiting and other symptoms, the three groups after treatment score showed no statistical significance (P>0.05); Shuganjianpi Decoction group and combined group patients in pain, abdominal distension nausea, irritability and other symptoms, and entecavir group had statistical significance (P<0.05).3, to the valley of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotr-ansferase (AST) were observed before and after the treatment,12 weeks,24 weeks, were decreased gradually during the treatment and each of the three groups, compared with before treatment, there were statistically significant (P<0.05) between the three groups were compared;, Shuganjianpi Decoction group and entecavir group showed no statistical significance (P>0.05); and the United Group and the two group had statistical significance (P<0.05). That entecavir plus Shugan Jianpi Decoction can improve by reducing enzyme effect.4, after treatment, HBV-DNA was quantitatively compared with those before treatment were lower, especially in the 24 weeks after the treatment (P<0.01); the entecavir group was better than that of Shugan Jianpi Decoction group (P<0.05), and the United Group and entecavir group had no significant difference (P>0.05). Combined with the negative rate, combined with negative rate than pure entecavir group increased, the effect of entecavir combined with Shuganjianpi formula can strengthen the effect of inhibiting viral replication, and increased HBV-DNA and HBeAg negative rate.Conelusion1、Can alleviate symptoms of Shugan Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B, contribute to the improvement of liver function, has certain antiviral efficacy, from the whole to protect liver and antiviral effect.2, in the improvement of TCM Syndromes on Shuganjianpi formula is better than well for Cave; but in Hugan Jiangmei, both had similar effect; in HBV-DNA, HBeAg negative, entecavir Cave is better than that of Shuganjianpi formula. Comprehensive analysis, the best combination of entecavir Shugan Jianpi side effect, suitable for promotion in clinic.
