Objective:Study of Piwil2(mili) expression in renal clear cell carcinoma, and explore thedifference in expression in renal clear cell carcinoma and normal renal tissues, and tofurther explore the relationship between the clinical and pathological data betweenPiwil2and renal clear cell carcinomaMethod:The experimental group of renal cell carcinoma specimens were collected fromthe First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from2012May to2012December in Department of Urology during operation treatment of40cases ofhospitalized patients, male17cases, female23cases, age81, a minimum of32yearsold, the average age is53.7years old, postoperative renal cell carcinoma confirmedby pathology, and are in clear cell renal cell carcinoma, all the patients had noradiotherapy, chemotherapy or immunotherapy against cancer therapy. Thesurrounding normal renal tissue as control group, the experimental group and thecontrol group were2copies,1copies out quickly a80℃low temperaturerefrigerator, other1copies of4%formalin fixed. Expression of Piwil2was detectedin two groups respectively by RT-PCR and Immunohistochemistry ABC method,combined with clinical and pathological data were analyzed.Result:1. the experimental results of RT-PCR: Piwil2mRNA in renal clear cellcarcinoma, the positive rate was82.5%(33/40), was higher than that in normal renaltissues (P <0.05) in renal clear cell carcinoma; clinical pathological data, the TNMPiwil2expression and tumor stage, invasion of renal collecting system (P <0.05), hasnothing to do with the sex, age, tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P>0.05).2. the Experimental results of Immunohistochemistry: Piwil2mRNA in renalclear cell carcinoma, the positive rate was87.5%(35/40), the expression intensity ishigher than that of normal renal tissues (P <0.05) in renal clear cell carcinoma; clinical pathological data, Piwil2expression and tumor stage, invasion of renalcollecting system (P <0.05), has nothing to do with the sex, age, tumordifferentiation and lymph node metastasis (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Piwil2is highly expressed in renal clear cell carcinoma.2. expression of TNM and Piwil2in renal clear cell carcinoma staging andinvasion of renal collecting system of clinical and pathological data, regardless of age,sex, clinical and pathological data of tumor differentiation and lymph nodemetastasis.3. the diagnosis and treatment of Piwil2detection may be helpful in renal clearcell carcinoma.
