Objective:Study the expression of miR-145、Akt、 P-AKT in in different cervical lesiontusses and explore its clinical significance.Methods:1. We detected the expression of miR-145in20cases of normal cervical tissuesand20cases of human cervical intraepithelial neoplasias3tissues and40cases ofhuman cervical squamous carcinoma tissues of stageⅡby RT-PCR.2. We detected the expressions of Akt and P-AKT of the above samples bywestern blot.Results:1. The expression of miR-145in cervical cancer tissue group was(0.400±0.242)significantly lower than the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissue group(0.742±0.419), lower than normal cervical tissue group(1.082±0.478), and thesignificance of them is significant (P <0.001).2.The expression of Akt in cervical cancer tissue group was(1.280±0.371),significantly higher than the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissue group(1.04±0.474), higher than normal cervical tissue group (0.720±0.430),and havesignificantly statistical significance among them (P <0.001).3. The expression of P-AKT in cervical cancer tissue group was (1.039±0.398),significantly higher than the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissue group(0.742±0.293), higher than normal cervical tissue group (0.335±0.170), and thesignificance of them was significant (P<0.001).4.The correlation between the miR-145and Akt、 P-AKT was negative(P<0.05).conclusion:1.The expression of miR-145in cervical cancer tissue group is lower than thecervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissue group and normal cervical tissue group, miR-145may participate in cervical cancer occurrence.2.The expression of Akt、P-AKT in cervical cancer tissue group is higher thanthe cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissue group and normal cervical tissue group.3. The correlation between the miR-145and Akt、 P-AKT is negative, miR-145may participate in the pathway of AKT/P-AK signal transduction, and adjust theoccurrence of cervical cancer together.
