Objective:1.Explore the separate method, combined method of measuringnormal fetuses left ventricular TEI indices and value of two measurements;2.Gestational age, fetal heart rate on the impact of the normal fetal Left and rightventricular TEI indices;3. Gestational age, fetal heart rate on the impact of theseparate method and combined method;4.Compare the two measurement methodsapplied value.Methods: Randomly selected six hundred cases of maternal (gestational agebetween the18~42W and Confirmed that no follow-up congenital heartdisease).According to gestational age of five groups, each120cases, groupⅠwere18~22w, groupⅡwere23~27w, group Ⅲ were28~32w, group Ⅳ were33~37w,groupⅤwere38~42w.Use separate method and combined method to measure leftventricular TEI indices,use separate methods to measure right ventricular TEI indices.Analysis gestational age and fetal heart rate on the impact of TEI indices. WithSPSS17.0statistical analysis of the obtained data: The difference between the twomethods using paired t-test; Separate measurement of left ventricular TEI indices andright ventricular TEI indices for linear correlation analysis; Different groups of fetalgestational age ventricular TEI indices unpaired t test was used to compare; DifferentFHR TEI indices were compared using correlation analysis and the results and drawconclusions.Results:1Separate measurement of normal left ventricular TEI indices was0.391±0.202;Combined method measured normal left ventricular TEI indices was0.611±0.152, difference between the two measures was statistically significant (P<0.01);2. Separately measured by left ventricular TEI indices was0.391±0.202,right ventricular TEI indices was0.328±0.105, by analysis of correlation betweenthe two (r=0.733, P <0.01);3. Different gestational age groups between fetalventricular TEI indices was no significant difference;4. Normal fetuses left and rightventricular TEI indices and fetal heart rate was no significant correlation.Conclusion: Separate method and combined method of left ventricular TEI indices measured values are different; Gestational age, fetal heart rate fetal heart TEIindex for measuring the two methods were not significantly affected; TEI indices canbe used as an evaluation indicators of the overall function of the fetal heart, separatedFrance and reliable wide range of applications, the combined method is morestraightforward.
