Since the China eighteenth CPC Central Committee fifth plenary meeting of the full implementation of two-child policy,the number of second child whose family are close to the elderly grows rapidly at the same time.So people pay more attention to the elderly pregnant women and the fetus gradually increased.In the same time,the task of doctors to deal with perinatal maternal health status are getting more and more heavy.With the rapid development of computer technology in recent years,the electronic equipment is very necessary to implement accurate maternal fetal care.At present,most of the hospital of maternal fetal monitoring is mainly in the domestic rely on Doppler ultrasound monitoring.Every week pregnant women need to go to hospital for a check for at least 30 minutes and fetal heart rate recording thesis will be sent to the experienced doctors for diagnosis after checking.On the one hand,it takes time for a doctor to give an accurate diagnosis.On the other hand,doctors always have a temporary negligence in the misreading of the figure of the fetal heart rate.Therefore,in order to cope with the practical problems above,this thesis establishes a method of automated fetal heart rate assessment to assist doctors to read,shorten the time of diagnosis and reduce misdiagnosis,which is fully consistent with the development concept of precision medicine advocated by modern medicine.Aiming at the shortage of the existing automatic scoring algorithm,this thesis combines the advanced signal processing technology to improve the automatic scoring algorithm.In the aspect of denoising of fetal heart rate,this thesis first using singular spectrum analysis method,the results is more smoothing than that product by the traditional moving average,and greatly retained the fetal heart rate signal trend information for further extraction of a signal to make better baseline.In the aspect of the extraction of fetal heart rate baseline,this thesis proposes a new algorithm combining the characteristics of two kinds of classic algorithms,and introduces the empirical mode decomposition technique of adaptive processing,making the baseline more adaptive,reducing artificial parameters setting problem,and achieving good results.In the aspect of fetal heart rate automatic scoring system,we use the integrated MATLAB GUI development environment to achieve the whole scoring system.The system can choose different denoising algorithms,different baseline extraction algorithms and different scoring criteria to automatically mark fetal heart rate signals.The text first introduces the research status and practical significance of fetal monitoring system,and points out the necessity of fetal heart rate automatic scoring system.Then the current fetal heart rate detection method and the public database used for research are summarized,which provide data sources for this study.Then the traditional and advanced signal processing techniques are introduced in detail,and their advantages and disadvantages are pointed out,which provide the basis for improving the automatic scoring algorithm.Finally,the whole algorithm flow of this system is described in detail,and the drawing display is realized by software,and the effect is compared with the classical algorithm.
