Clinical Research Of Yangxuequfeng Formula On Chronic Eczema

Objective: General evaluate the clinical curative effect and security by performingthe clinical study of Yangxuequfeng formula on chronic eczema and make preliminarystudy on the mechanism of Yangxuequfeng formula in treatment of chronic eczema.Method:1.Divide the patients who are suffering from chronic eczema into a treatmentgroup and a control group randomly.2.The treatment group(Yangxuequfeng formula group)includes32cases.taking Yangxuequfeng formula twice a day. The control group includes32cases, taking four Runzaozhiyang capsules orally, three times a day. External treatmentof the two groups were the same.All of them smear Danpifen cream twice a day.3. periodof treatment and observing indicatrix: The period of treatment is four weeks,take notes ofthe change of symptom, the physical sign and adverse reactions every two weeks,andtodetermine the efficacy. before and after treatment, record DLQI scores of all patients, andmeasure of serum IL-4’s level.Statistical analysis of data after the end of theobservation.4.Security observation: including blood, urine, liver and kidney function andECG,and recorded adverse reactions.Result:1.There is a significant difference between the two groups of syntheticcurative effect（.P<0.01）,the general effective rate of the treatment group is93.75%and thecontrol group is75%;2.There is a significant difference between the treatment group andcontrol group of total skin rash score（P<0.01）;3.there is a significant difference betweenthe treatment group and control group of decreasing the serum level of IL-4(P<0.01;4.There is a significant difference between the treatment group and control groupof improving the life of patients(DLQI score decrease)（P<0.01）;5.The safety indicatorsshow the Yangxuequfeng formula is safety.Conclusion:Yangxuequfeng formula has good clinical effect and highly safety onchronic eczema. It can improve the body’s immune function and regulate the balance of theimmune.
