Efficacy Of Liangxuexiaofeng Formula On Subacute Eczema And Effect On Il-8 And Mcp-1 Expression

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of LiangXueXiaofeng Formula on subacute eczema and initially analyze the effect on IL-8 and MCP-1 expression.Methods:180 patients with subacute eczema were divided into three groups randomly:treatment group (LiangXueXiaofeng Formula),first contrasted group (Xiaofeng Formula) and second contrasted group(western medicines). Analyze the character of IL-8 and MCP-1 and changes after LiangXueXiaofeng Formula intervention by ELISA method。Results:1. After treated, all were improved at symptoms and physical signs in different degrees in three groups. The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group,81.7% in the first contrasted group, and 58.3% in the second contrasted group. It was better in treatment group than first contrasted group with significant difference (P<0.0125) meanwhile first contrasted group was better than second contrasted group(P<0.0125).2. The concentrations of IL-8 and MCP-1 were significantly higher in three groups with subtaneous eczema than healthy persons with significant statistic differences.3. The concentrations of IL-8 and MCP-1 in patients'Blood-serum has descended through the treatment of LiangXueXiaofeng Formula, which makes a significant statistic differences compared with the comparison team.Conclusion:It was better for LiangXueXiaofeng Formula on subtaneous eczema; IL-8 and MCP-1 may be a important factor for subtaneous eczema pathogensis because they expressed in a high level in patients with subtaneous eczema.
