Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of soft liver soupdecompensated liver cirrhosis, and its mechanism is discussed.Methods: Clinical selection criteria for inclusion in decompensated cirrhosis,60patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of30patients in the control group to the anti-virus or liver medication, the treatment groupwere based on the use of oral soft liver soup. Compare the clinical efficacy of the twogroups.Results: The results showed that after treatment, can effectively improve theclinical symptoms, liver function, liver fibrosis, liver B-. The treatment group inimproving clinical symptoms, liver function, liver fibrosis, liver B-side than thecontrol group (P <0.01or P <0.05). In improving the viral load,the two groupsprothrombin time activity was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Soft liver soup can effectively improve the clinical symptoms ofdecompensated cirrhosis, liver function, blood, liver fibrosis, liver B-degree of safeand effective in clinical applications.
