Auricular Point Pressing In Different Time On Juvenile Myopia Patients Instant Effect Of Far Visual Acuity

Objective: By observing auricular point pressing on different time ofadolescent myopia far visual acuity immediate effect,to investigate the relationshipbetween the different stimuli and curative effect and short-term timeliness,provideobjective basis for clinical ear treatment of juvenile myopia.Methods:Screening of90juvenile myopia patients,randomly divide into3groups,each group30cases.After labeled cowherb seed,respectively is carried out notpress,press5min and10min group,recorded put pressure brefore and after10min,30min,60min far visual acuity,and check the auricular application pressure brefore andpost60min after diopter,Comparison of three groups of patients put pressuar anddiopter and far vision changes,analyze the curative effect of the differences betweenthe three groups.Results:1.Do not press group,compared with stick pressure before,in the post after10min far vision to improve there was no significant difference(P>0.05),at30min afterpressure far vision to improve have significant difference(P <0.05),in the post after60min far vision to improve there was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Press5min group,compared with stick pressure brefore,in the post within10min,30min,60min far vision to improve has very significant difference(P<0.01).3.Press10min group,compared with stick pressure brefore,in the post within10min,30min,60min far vision to improve has very significant difference(P<0.01).4.Three groups of patients in the post after10min,60min,distant vision had signifcant difference(P<0.05),at30min after put pressure,far vision to improve therewas no significant difference(P>0.05).Three groups of patients with post press pressure before and after60min diopter,there was no signficant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Auricular application pressure on juvenile myopia patients far vision toimprove with immediate effect.2.Ear pressure for5min,10min group earlier onset group, effects of longduration.Ear pressure group5min,10min,10min after in the post,30min,60min,affect farvision there was no significant difference.
