The Invigorating Spleen And Dredge Stasis Methodclinical Intervention For Hyperlipidemia

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of jianpidaozhi methodin treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods: To meet the criteria for the diagnosis of hyperlipidemia in the60patients were randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group receivedoral jianpidaozhi treated by self-made decoction, decoction400ml, one dosedaily, morning and evening is taken two times, and Xuezhikang Capsule,2capsules per day, after dinner, oral; the control group oral Xuezhikang Capsule,2capsules per day, after dinner, oral,8weeks of observation period, recordedand compared with changes of blood lipid indexes and TCM syndrome scoreindex before and after treatment.Results:1, the overall efficacy of the two groups: the experimental group andthe control group in the total efficiency was93.33%and60%, the two groupswas statistically significant difference between groups (p<0.05), and the testgroup was higher than that in control group, showed that two groups ofhyperlipidemia has curative effect, but the group treatment effect is better thanthat of control group comparison of two groups;2, individual efficacy: test group decreased LDL-C, TC, TG and increased HDL-C rate was significantly higher than that in the control group, significant difference (P<0.05), the results show that, the test group was better than controlgroup; TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment in the two groups;3, compared with before treatment, after treatment two group of TCM syndromescore was significantly decreased after treatment (p<0.05); the differencebetween two groups was significant, with statistical significance (p<0.05);compare the clinical curative effect before and after treatment in the two groups;4, compared with before treatment, elevated HDL-C levels after treatment in thetwo groups, TG, TC, LDL-C decreased, there was a significant difference(P<0.05the two groups after treatment), the indicators are significantlydifferent, were statistically significant (p<0.05), the experimental group wasbetter than control group that effect.Conclusion: Through the clinical observation, jianpidaozhi self-madeprescription can adjust the abnormal metabolism of lipid, alleviate and improveclinical symptoms. The results showed that the treatment of hyperlipidemia is aneffective and safe.
