The Clinical Research Of Middle And Inferior Fracture Of Ulna And Radius By Three Pace Bong-setting Manipulation

Objective To abserve and compare the effect between three pace bone-setting manipulation and internal fixation treatment of middle and inferior fracture of radius and ulna.To post the therapeutic mechanismand and promote the standardization of middle and inferior fracture of ulna and radius by three pace bong-setting manipulation.Methods The case were divided into 2 groups randomly.30 cases of experimental group were treated with Traction-and-Extension and rotating,cliping-squeezing and separation bone,bending-pushing and fragment-rotating three pace bone-setting manipulation reduction and splint external fixation;30 cases of the control group were treated by open reduction,intromedullary nail and LC-DCP fixation.After 4 months and 8 months respectively,fracture reduction,bone healing ,and function of forearm are estimated as well as index of curative effect.Results After 4 months, both bone healing and function of forearm of the experimental group were better than that of the control group.However,the fructure reduction of the control group is superior to the experimental group.There is no difference between two groups about macro curative effect. After 8 months, There is no difference between two groups about bone healing and function of forearm,the macro curative effect of the control group is inferior to another.Conclusion The use of three pace bone-setting manipulation restoring ulna and radius benifited functional recovery and reduced the rate of fracture delayed-union and nonunion.
