The Research Of Characteirstics In50Cases Of Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis With TCM

Objective: Through clinical observation of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis of the signsand symptoms, try starting from the traditional Chinese medicine point of view, to explorethe TCM syndrome characteristics and laws, sums up the pathogenesis, in order to betterplay to the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation, provide the basis and thoughtsfor its treatment. Method: Clinical select50patients met the inclusion criteria, collectionand statistical analysis of relevant data to meet the medical records into a standard,according to the symptoms, signs, diagnosis of syndromes in TCM theory, and thensummarizes characteristics of TCM pathogenesis of this disease.Results: Through theanalysis of the patients with clinical manifestations, combined with TCM syndromediagnosis standard of TCM syndrome,50cases of patients with pulmonary fibrosis weresyndrome of wind-cold attacking lung, syndrome of wind-heat invading lung, phlegmobstructing lung, lung collaterals and blood stasis, phlegm and blood stasis, deficiency ofspleen and lung and kidney qi deficiency of lung. The turbid phlegm obstructing lungaccounted for16%, accounted for14%of lung collaterals stagnation, phlegm and bloodstasis obstructing lung accounted for24%, accounted for16%of lung qi deficiency, lungand kidney qi deficiency accounted for22%.Conclusion: Pulmonary interstitial fibrosis isthe basic pathogenesis is deficiency of lung and kidney as this, phlegm and blood stasis forthe onset of key. Interstitial pulmonary fibrosis disease in lung, spleen, kidney, heart andother involved organs. The disease is the main pathological factors of phlegm and bloodstasis mutual influence, finally, phlegm and blood stasis. The course is mainly in the earlystage of pathogen, disease protracted period, qi-blood and body fluid is not reformed,gradually show the deficiency of vital qi.
