Clinical Study On The Effects Of Yixinwenshenxiefei Decoction On The Patients With CHF Which Is Induce By Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yixinwenshenxiefei Decoction intreating CHF of CHD heart kidney yang deficiency syndrome and phlegm yun lung inpatients.Methods:60patients with CHF of CHD heart kidney yang deficiency syndrome andphlegm yun lung were randomly divided into groups. The control group have30patients,using a simple western medicine (Benazepril、Metoprolol、hydrochlorothiazide) treatment.The treatment group have30patients,based on the conventional western medicinetreatment,received Yixinwenshenxiefei Decoction.The treatment period was fourweeks.Observe the clinica effect.Results:1. In the aspect of heart function effect, the total effective rate of treatmentgroup was83.33%, and control group, the total efficiency of60%, the treatment group isgood than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2.Clinical symptom: comparison of cold and cold limbs, lower extremity edema, cough,expectoration, urinate less curative effect, the treatment group than the control group, thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. In the improvement of BNP and FS, thetreatment group is good than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion： Yixinwenshenxiefei Decoction in the treatment of coronary heartdisease in patients with chronic heart failure has obvious curative effect, good security,especially in improving the clinical symptoms significantly advantage, so as to improve thequality of life of patients and exercise tolerance.
