Objective: Research proximal humerus fractures and anterior dislocation ofspinal manipulation and its clinical efficacy, explore a reset for the clinical treatmentsuccess rate, good functional recovery of joints, fracture healing, fewer complications, economical and practical bonesetting.Method: August2011August2012were treated proximal humeral fractures and28patients with anterior dislocation of the shoulder, using the "swing peaked"manipulative reduction therapy,6-10months postoperative follow-up and observation,to its Wenden Osteopathic Hospital2009-2011with open reduction and locked platefixation of proximal humerus fractures and anterior dislocation of a total of37cases ofpatients were analyzed and compared two methods compare the difference in treatmenteffect.(Application SPSS16.0statistical software for statistical analysis of measurementdata using t test, count data using χ2test, with Ridit level data analysis, P <0.05wasconsidered statistically significant when, P <0.01was considered significant when thestatistical Learn the difference, P>0.05when that difference was not statisticallysignificant)Results: Experimental group,28cases,26cases of successful manual reduction, reduction fails diverted open reduction surgery in2cases, reset the success rate was92.9%, after8weeks of shoulder rated excellent in14cases, good in9cases,2casesand poor in1case, excellent rate of88.4%, the final shoulder score excellent in14cases,good in10cases,1case and poor in1case, good rate of92.3%; the control group37patients underwent open reduction and internal fixation eight weeks shoulder scoreexcellent in6cases, good in17cases,10cases and poor in4cases, good rate of62.2%,postoperative shoulder function8weeks compared P=0.011<0.05, the difference wasstatistically significant, the experimental group than the control group; control groupultimately shoulder score excellent in6cases, good in18cases,10cases and poor in3 cases, good rate64.9%, compared two groups ultimately shoulder function P=0.006<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, the experimental group than controlgroup; experimental group, the average healing time was6.12±0.82weeks, thecontrol group, the average healing time was6.97±0.99weeks healing time werestatistically P=0.029<0.05, the two groups in clinical fractures after fracture healingtime assessed the difference was statistically significant, the experimental group thanthe control group. Conclusion:"Swing peaked" series manual therapy proximal humerus fracturesand anterior dislocation with reset high success rate, postoperative shoulder functionrecovery, healing time is short, surgical trauma, etc., is worthy of clinical application ofthe method...
