Clavicular Hook Plate For Treatment Of Acromioclavicular Joint Distalocation Of The Clinical Curative Effect Analysis

Objective To investigate the clinieal value of the Clavicular Hook Plate(CHP) fortreatment of acromioclavicular joint distalocation.Methods Gather the Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine FirstAffiliated Hospital orthopaedic since October2010to September2012were treated32patients (27males,5females; mean age43.9years; range26to69yearsï¼›right shoulder12cases, left shoulder20cases)with Rockwood typeIII(13cases) and typeâ…¤ (19cases)acromioclavicular joint dislocations. All patients were treated by Clavicular HookPlate(CHP). Through the postoperative follow-up (evaluated by Constant-Murley score ofshoulder standard) observation on postoperative shoulder function, analysis of therapeuticeffect of the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation by clavicular hook plate.Results32patients all given follow-up, time from3to23months, mean10months. Evaluated by Constant-Murley score of shoulder standard: Excellent21cases,good9cases, can be2cases, poor0case. The excellent and good rate was93.7%.Conclusion Clavicular Hook Plate for treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation isan effective method of operation.It has easy to handle, allows early mobilization,Functional recovery of the shoulder well. Such a fixed manner worthy of clinicalapplication.
