Oral Chinese Medicine Combined With Chinese Medicine Bath Treating Chronic Eczema Of Hand And Foot, Observe The Curative Effect And Preliminarily Discuss Its Mechanism

Objective： To observe the effect of Huoxuequfeng decoction combined withRunyuxiji bath to treat chronic eczema of hand and foot,observe the curative effect andpreliminarily discuss its mechanism.Methods：60cases of chronic eczema patients of hand and foot,were randomlydivided into two groups, treatment group30cases, oral Huoxuequfeng decoction,combined with Runyuxiji bath, and topical paeonol ointment, Qumixin cream,30cases inthe control group oral Runzaozhiyang capsule, and topical paeonol ointment, Qumixincream, the course of treatment was4weeks.Observation two groups before treatment andafter treatment the lesion area, shape,subjective symptoms, TCM symptom changes andadverse reactions.the two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment peripheralblood T lymphocyte CD4+, CD8+and CD4+/CD8+levels.Results：The treatment group’s effective rate was93.33%, the control group was73.33%. There were significant differences between the two groups.The two groups aftertreatment in patients with peripheral blood CD4+,CD4+/CD8+index than before treatmentrise,the treatment group changed significantly, the two groups had a significant difference.Conclusions：Oral Chinese medicine combined with Chinese medicine bath iseffective method in treating chronic eczema of hand and foot, less side effects; cansignificantly increase peripheral blood CD4+, CD4+/CD8+level.
